I used the too good to go app,
I was first to pick up my order, and they gave the order to someone after me who came in 5 minutes after me and they used the same too good to go order.
They gave that person 2 bags and they started packing me a new bag. They only gave me one bag. When I got home, the chicken was uncooked and frozen. When I called them, they said I would have to talk to the manager tomorrow since he left. I didn’t have dinner for my family.

Very nice and friendly workers. Always some kind of deal on chicken. My favorite deal is cold chicken. You can get eight pieces of cold chicken if they have any for about $5. They are still one of the only chicken places that you can get livers, gizzards and hush puppies. All cooked to perfection and their delicious crunchy breading.

5/2022 5* Five stars for this place. Service was quick and great. Chicken of course was fantastic. And I look forward to visiting there again. The Cheese fries were not the best. $4.99 for Cheese fries? Thought it was high. But when I got home, I see there was a small container for $5. And not much cheese. Got to the second layer of fries and it was dry almost. I just won’t get that next time. Chicken was good though!!!

I recently held an event at my Park District. The owner/manager Eddie at the Elk Grove Village location was super helpful and worked with me to accommodate a large group. The event was very successful and everyone loved the food. Will defiantly use again for our next big event, thanks again Eddie!

Purchased the 8 pc meal deal with 3 sides, all dark meat to go. Waited 10 mins for my order, so I was hoping the chicken was being freshly made. Wrong. It was so dry and hard we couldn’t eat it. Spent 37.00+ and all we could eat was the sides. Makes me wonder how long the chicken was under the hot lights drying up. So very disappointing. I should have driven back there with the horrible chicken, but I didn’t. Big mistake. Browns used to be so good. What happened?

Good food and great customer service. The cashier was very helpful in telling me about all the specials they had and was extremely pleasant. However, the restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired; it feels more like a takeout place.
