I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. I ordered Philly sandwich , and it was completely burned. On top of that, it barely had any toppings — just cheese, green peppers, and mushrooms. Where was the steak? This was not what I expected at all. Very poor quality and not worth the money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Domino’s location and I feel it needs to be shared.
I placed a large order one day in advance for my son’s birthday party—four large pizzas and chicken nuggets, for about 20 guests. The order was confirmed and paid. On the day of the party, I arrived to pick up the food only to be told the order was canceled, and no one could explain why. They offered to remake the pizzas, saying it would take 10 minutes—it took 20. Even worse, one of the pizzas was dropped, so I ended up with three. The food didn’t arrive until five minutes before the party ended—leaving me with nothing to feed our guests except cake and fruit.
Afterward, I approached the manager to at least understand what happened. She didn’t apologize, showed no concern, and when I said I’d leave a review, she said she didn’t care, because they get new customers daily. I was shocked. I would never trust this location again. If you have a time-sensitive event, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

The associates need to be trained better but the cook was an All-in-one machine! For doing literally everything (making pizza,bread bites, and lava cakes and boxing everything)without missing a beat and then having to ring me up as well, I thank you very much! That made my Domino’s trip worth it!

Food was good. But customer service was not great. I saw the deal in Google maps “$6.99 for large 2-topping pizza”. However, when I ordered it, the price increased to $7.99. Im not sure how Google maps does not identify these changes!! I was surprised to learn that Domino’s generally does not offer parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for free. Finally, I requested for square cut, but, received a pie cut.

This dominos consistently delivers pizzas on time and is always ready to go. They never miss the order combinations. Parking is a bit of a challenge in this area, but there is plenty right around the corner. The staff is friendly, and the place is a bit small if you plan to dine in.

It should have been easy. I ordered a medium cheese pizza in person. Paid 15 dollars, walked out with no pizza after 30 + minutes. The staff decided to leave the pizza on the oven rack. And when I asked about it, the person was upset and became rude, and started to take her anger out on ‘cutting’ the pizza.

BELIEVE ALL THE COMMENTS ON THIS LOCATION!!! The WORST of the WORST WORK HERE. I mean DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. It is not my problem nor concern that you are late and behind on your orders for delivery that does not mean I wanna sit there and watch you make seven delivery orders as I stand there while my pizza gets cold. Nobody in there is worth a cash tip. The Only tip I have is to hire better people.

Probably one of the worst delivery experiences I have had with a Dominos. The delivery speed has gotten incredibly terrible within the last couple of months, I am going to stop ordering from the store, especially since the storefront phone number doesn’t work, and I can’t ever seem to get my food on time, it came three hours late.

We placed an order from this Domino’s and expected normal delivery time, but after waiting an hour with no updates, we called the store. They told us it would be another 3 hours — meaning 4 hours total for a pizza order. That’s unacceptable. If there’s an issue or delay, they should communicate that upfront, not after we’ve already been waiting. Really disappointing experience.

Store has their phone set up to never actually ring inside the store. An alternating cast of robotic voices answer and gleefully transfer you to the Domino’s business line that never answers, presumably because it’s not business hours. I was told to my face I couldn’t be on hold with them, because the phone had not been ringing.
Consistently rude delivery drivers who bring incomplete orders, and refuse to follow “leave at the door” instructions.
The pizzas are never cut all the way through.
