This is for the location inside walmart.
Claudia is the ABSOLUTE WORST manager I have ever experienced any where!! She literally yelled at me because I asked about my order after waiting 20 mins. She proceeded to tell me that she had been called my number, even though my order was for a table. She never called my number or my table. Then she started YELLING at me in Spanish. Mind you I do not speak fluid Spanish. I told her I did not understand what she was saying and she then told me that I was Mexican and that I knew how to speak Spanish, both not true and I told her that. She then called me a lier and came behind the counter and started pointing a pack of silverware in my face yelling about being short staffed. I wasn’t upset and understanding about being short staffed. The issue wasn’t the wait, it was how she spoke to me and the customer before me. She is the rudest, short fused manager ever.

Very disappointing experience at this location inside Walmart. They were out of ketchup, lemonade, and ice cream, along with several other basic menu items.
On top of that, the cashier’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Customer service was extremely poor.
I understand that occasional inventory shortages can happen, but being out of multiple essential items combined with bad service makes for a very frustrating experience. This location seriously needs improvement in both management and customer service.

Jesus, this McDonald’s has been open for about 5 to 6 months and they can’t get it together. I don’t understand what’s happening here. I was excited to see a McDonald’s down the street but I honestly just usually go down to the 517 McDonald’s because this one is so bad order is always wrong. The management sucks. They don’t try to help you out and poor kids that they have work in there haven’t been trained to do their job so they have to basically hear all the bullshit from the customers I feel for them. This is sad. #HelpedTheKids.

On September 17, 2025, at approximately 9:40 PM, I was returning to Austin from Galveston and stopped at this McDonald’s location to purchase a chocolate sunday. When I received my order, it had only one thin layer of chocolate. I politely asked the employee if he could add a little more, but he refused and stated, “That’s all we put.”
I have never encountered this type of service issue at any other McDonald’s. this new location isn’t that great, the employees are always confused on whose order is next at the window. The dining area does not have a beverage station and you have to ask employees to refill your cup. Nine out of 10 times your order will be wrong. The employees have bad attitudes and the service is really slow, my food took 15 minutes to come out.

These new concepts style on McD’s are NOT design for people to eat inside. I believe that they are trying to reduce people coming in so they can have more of a pickup and drive-thru aspect. It took 20 minutes to receive our food. We didn’t get anything special. It is only designed for pickup there’s three pickup locations. 12 tables but there’s not an associate that can help you. There is no location for any ketchup to get extra straws or napkins. They have zero customer service in the dining area. Will never be back to one of the new designs. We were going to go to Wendy’s which is across the street but we wanted to try the new McD’s NEVER AGAIN!

Especially the poor boy who was trying to get his Oreo ice cream they forgot to give him when they served him and his Mom their food. Employee ignored the boy until I spoke up that he was trying to talk to her. My punishment was a poorly made caramel frappe. I won’t go back.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. When we arrived, we had to wait way too long before anyone even took our order. Then, when I finally got my drink, it was wrong—I asked for a Sprite, and they gave me a Coke instead. When I told the lady about the mistake, she never even bothered to bring me the right drink. We had to ask someone else, a curly-headed boy, and when he finally brought it out, the Sprite was completely watered down and disgusting. The whole experience was just terrible—slow service, unprofessional staff, and a complete lack of care. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Don’t go there. Adulterated food. NOT SAFE! They’re busy and the young man working the food station tonight is picking up boxes from the floor, carrying boxes from the back, and then handling the bums to make burgers. He’s not changing his gloves. He’s adulterating everything. If you’ll let your children lick the floor of Walmart, order them a burger here-same flavor. I didn’t want to stand in line for a refund because of the line. Walked away with no food and no refund best $ I ever lost. I won’t feed my children filth. Seriously, gross. I wasn’t the only person walking away either. I went straight over to a different restaurant. Check the receipt pictures- same date and minutes apart.
