Facility is very nice. The service was good, altough the cashier name on the receipt was “Jared” and the girl that took my order did not look like a Jared. The order was delivered by someone who looked more like a Jared and he was great. The chicken was amazing other than the three tenders for $21 (drive out) were very small. I was glad I super-sized my fries for $2, although I could have counted how many I got because it was not a “large” amount. Come on, potatos are cheap. The overall score of 3 is based on the fly that flew and landed in my gravy. I figure, if there are flies in the front-of-house then there are flies in the kitchen too. THIS IS SERIOUS AND YOU NEED TO ADDRESS IT.

Very simple menu, chicken and potatoes. They got the chicken right and the potatoes were good but cold. CLEARLY — They plate the fries and let them cool while the chicken cooks. Chicken comes out nice and hot but the fries were so cold we could not eat them.

Just placed an order, walked all the way to the Spa Tower before realizing that my order was incorrect. I ordered a 3pc tender combo & a 5pc combo mild yet I received 2 orders of pain 3pc combos. There was a lady in all black I’m assuming to be the manager and she was distracting the cooks showing things on her cell phone. So instead of ensuring my order was right they were occupied looking at a phone . The chicken is tiny and overpriced but the guy Jared at the register had great service. Lastly there is not a phone number so I have to walk to the other side of the casino to tell them they messed up my order and then wait another 15mins instead of being able to call & have it ready!

Loved the food, but will never spend another dime there. Here recently they have used the prices, started cutting the chicken tenders in half before cooked, so half the chicken for more money, used to be able to get two sides with 5 tenders or more now it’s just one side. Who ever had this bright idea of ripping people off this badly should be fired, so I will never eat there again.

South Hot Chicken in Choctaw Casino is freaking awesome! Hand breaded and spiced, just like it’s supposed to be. For a tiny restaurant with just a few workers, I was impressed by the service and speed with which our food was ready. Try the Nashville Hot dipping sauce, you won’t be sorry!
