Such a nice aesthetic! Service was pleasant and latte was yummy.
The server made our drink wrong (forgot to adjust sweetness) and she corrected herself without us having to ask. Then just gave us the original and the fixed drink anyways so that was nice.
There’s a lot of seating but also a handful of people already there coworking so might have to fight for a table on peak times/days.
Vanilla bean latte: Depends
Get it half sweet because hot damn the normal drink was sweet affffff. Otherwise realllyyy good and balanced

Loved our coffee at Communal in Oceanside! The ambiance is amazing, such a calming vibe. Great for working on your laptop, reading, or getting together with friends. We enjoyed the strawberry cream matcha latte and hazelnut brown sugar latte. The staff is friendly and coffee comes out relatively quickly considering the large number of customers. Lots of seating inside and dog friendly outdoors. Cute flowers, cards, wine, and other gifts for sale. Recommend!

My mom, her best friend and I ate here for brunch yesterday. It was delicious. We all have some sort of gluten intolerance (mine being celiac) and we were all able to get something delicious. They offer gluten free bagels, gluten free bread and numerous breakfast options. Their coffee is good and the blood orange drink was good as well. Just a little sweet. The experience was great, the people that worked there were nice. Their little shop for goodies was cute, my mom was able to buy a little perfume that smelled great. Overall it was a 10/10 and I recommend.

Adorable coffee shop with such a great selection of gifts, cards, plants, fresh flower bouquets, wine, and home items. Very spacious and lots of outdoor seating! I got a coconut cream cold brew and my husband got an iced oat milk latte- both very good. Quick service and the ability to order through the app.

The coffee here is so delicious! I ordered an iced Mocha and my wife got an iced banana caramel latte. The banana caramel latte was fenomenal! I would definitely order that drink again. The Mocha wasn’t sweet enough for me, so I added some brown sugar and that did the trick. The place inside is so cute aesthetically. It was very busy on Memorial Day, with everyone working on laptops or having meetups. The entire place is wheelchair accessible, including the seating and restrooms. We will definitely be back.

This place is underrated – I have no idea how anyone gives it less than 5 stars. I roast coffee myself, and this is the best I’ve had in a long time. The pastries are great too. The shop is well laid-out with lots of outdoor and indoor seating, and the staff is courteous. Plus there are lot of nice shops nearby to wander through. I’d come here every day if I could.

It’s cozy, clean, amazing sunlight, and a great place to hang out for a while. Coffee is always great, and they’ve got a bunch of solid food options too. Everything I’ve tried has been really good. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time. They make the place feel warm and easygoing.

Some of the loveliest coffee shops I’ve visited! There’s a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, and it is a great place to work or meet up with people. The space itself is light and bright. Their menu offers a great selection of drinks and food. The market area has so many cute and aesthetic trinkets and home goods.
