I made a delivery order online Friday night and the driver was over an hour late with my order. He had trouble with his gps. Which is understandable. But the part that was not is i called Marcos to see what was going on and the manager got on the phone was very rude and then hug up on me as we were trying to help the driver find my address. So that will be my last order from this establishment.

Only order from here if you want your food to be delivered a minimum of 20-30 minutes after the quoted time. When you call in asking where your food is. You are met by a rude GM that says that she was alone due to multiple people walking out and quitting (today it was 4 employees) every, single time we’ve had this issue she gives the same story. When explaining why you needed the order when the system told you it would be delivered and that they should update the system so customers know not to order if they need the food at a certain time. She states that she “couldn’t get to her phone let alone the system to update it.”
Horrible customer service. I may consider using the credit that she claims she is giving us, but in all honesty, I dont know if its worth the “free food” with the headache this store is every single time you order from it. Also. Don’t order the regular crust as it will be greasy and nasty when it arrives.

The delivery staff is outstanding. Everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly, courteous, and adds a personal touch to the delivery. The food has been good for a chain/delivery restaurant. The food prep time and delivery is very fast, and the orders have been in the window by the promised time, if not sooner than expected. They have an app that shows prep time and estimated delivery time, so you can track your food. The chicken wings are a great value for the money. You can pick your sauce amount level, the taste is great, and the quantity, size of the wings, and texture are better than what most competitors have to offer. In my opinion, the price of the food is comparable or below the cost of similar chain restaurants, and the quality and service is by far superior.

Placed an order for pick-up, it was just one medium cheese pizza. Went into the store to pay and when you go to pay on their kiosk/screen, they have it set up to where the screen is fully zooms in on the button to leave a tip as soon as you tap your card! Now of course I zoomed out to click no tip because all I was doing was picking up my small order.. If you think about it that’s pretty shady because you know many folks wouldn’t even think to try to move the screen.. As I clicked no tip the guy at the counter was just staring me down and trying to make eye contact, I didn’t think much of it at first but then I looked back up and he was still staring and me and then laughed?!! I didn’t say anything but walked out feeling uncomfortable like I had done something wrong. Hopefully I was reading the situation wrong but I don’t believe I was. Not to mention, I guess the management is so poor that they can’t even fix their sign out front. The spelling is a jumbled mess and a bad look for business..

Please remove the “Contact Delivery” option if your drivers are not going to be aware of the selection. We frequently order from this location and I would confidently say that 3 out of 5 times, something is missing or incorrect and the driver never abides by the contactless option.

Went on a Sunday. Fast service. Soo good
3/4/2023 New Review.
Sad to say….This was my worst experience ever. In fact, i ended up so upset, i couldn’t even eat. My son picked it. He could’ve choose anywhere. I was not greeted, no big deal. No i contact. When i walked in the older lady was taking a phone order. She didn’t seem very pleasant on the phone, but who im i to judge right? She hung up, walked away. Not a “Ill be right with you” or “Give me just a sec” or just a lil wave”?
I waited patiently. 8 min, she came back. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to wait as they were busy. So no rush.
She comes asked what i would like, i say a small white cheesy pizza, she says abruptly “WHAT ELSE!?” i say small greek salad. “What ELSE?!”
I then say a “Large Cheese pizza” she says “THEY ALL COME WITH CHEESE!”
theres one that has cheese and like a garlic crust, but at this point i felt i was being reprimanded by my parents.
So she says “DRINKS!?” Like Im a hige inconvenience. Now I am feeling i shouldnt be here.
I said a spirite she now very aggravated says to me I DONT NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND JUST HOW MANY!!” Now wr dont go out to dinner often. So it is a treat. This women treated me like i wss just a piece of $=!+ .
My salad was a fiasco to get.
The young lady in the back motioned the words “Im sorry ” which i did appreciate.
I really feel, it was awful to make a custom feel like a huge inconvenience just because they are placing an order. I question if i ever will come back.
Sorry Marco’s. I was just recommending you to coworkers yesterday. Now i regret that. And will go back to work Monday with a different experience. To “Susan” who took my order, my apologies for coming to your work and giving you business.

Was not acknowledged at the window for 10 minutes. Was then asked for the name and then she just walked away for more minutes. Pizza was burnt and super dry. Terrible experience.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SIERRA!!
To make a long story short I ordered delivery from the dent location at 9:20 p.m. with them closing at 10:00 p.m. And they called me to tell me to either pick it up or it had to be canceled. So I called Harrison to see if they delivered to my house because I’m a single mom who was working late and my kids were home waiting for dinner. But unfortunately Harrison location doesn’t deliver to me so she said he could push it through to DoorDash. So I called back and he told me he couldn’t do it mind you he’s the shift lead but his driver could when he got back. I asked why his driver couldn’t deliver the pizza and he said he stops taking deliveries at 9:30.
But Sierra cared enough to call and ask the shift leader why he wasn’t following protocol on multiple things and ultimately walked him through how to push it through to DoorDash and my kids got their food. So again thank you so much!! Truly.
