Horrible customer service. I may consider using the credit that she claims she is giving us, but in all honesty, I dont know if its worth the “free food” with the headache this store is every single time you order from it. Also. Don’t order the regular crust as it will be greasy and nasty when it arrives.

Sad to say….This was my worst experience ever. In fact, i ended up so upset, i couldn’t even eat. My son picked it. He could’ve choose anywhere. I was not greeted, no big deal. No i contact. When i walked in the older lady was taking a phone order. She didn’t seem very pleasant on the phone, but who im i to judge right? She hung up, walked away. Not a “Ill be right with you” or “Give me just a sec” or just a lil wave”?
I waited patiently. 8 min, she came back. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to wait as they were busy. So no rush.
She comes asked what i would like, i say a small white cheesy pizza, she says abruptly “WHAT ELSE!?” i say small greek salad. “What ELSE?!”
I then say a “Large Cheese pizza” she says “THEY ALL COME WITH CHEESE!”
theres one that has cheese and like a garlic crust, but at this point i felt i was being reprimanded by my parents.
So she says “DRINKS!?” Like Im a hige inconvenience. Now I am feeling i shouldnt be here.
I said a spirite she now very aggravated says to me I DONT NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND JUST HOW MANY!!” Now wr dont go out to dinner often. So it is a treat. This women treated me like i wss just a piece of $=!+ .
My salad was a fiasco to get.
The young lady in the back motioned the words “Im sorry ” which i did appreciate.
I really feel, it was awful to make a custom feel like a huge inconvenience just because they are placing an order. I question if i ever will come back.
Sorry Marco’s. I was just recommending you to coworkers yesterday. Now i regret that. And will go back to work Monday with a different experience. To “Susan” who took my order, my apologies for coming to your work and giving you business.
To make a long story short I ordered delivery from the dent location at 9:20 p.m. with them closing at 10:00 p.m. And they called me to tell me to either pick it up or it had to be canceled. So I called Harrison to see if they delivered to my house because I’m a single mom who was working late and my kids were home waiting for dinner. But unfortunately Harrison location doesn’t deliver to me so she said he could push it through to DoorDash. So I called back and he told me he couldn’t do it mind you he’s the shift lead but his driver could when he got back. I asked why his driver couldn’t deliver the pizza and he said he stops taking deliveries at 9:30.
But Sierra cared enough to call and ask the shift leader why he wasn’t following protocol on multiple things and ultimately walked him through how to push it through to DoorDash and my kids got their food. So again thank you so much!! Truly.
