This was my first time and ordered steak and shrimp hibachi.
It’s so delicious! As soon as I ate, I was saying “Yummy!”
I eat many Japanese restaurants and very picky but everything was perfect!
Service was very nice with smiles!
This place is well worth driving long distance and I highly recommend to everyone!

My meat was not cooked through! Disappointed and I ensured to ask the young lady that I wanted my meat well done paid 21 and change for food that has now made me ill. Nvr again will I buy from this place! First and last time!

We’ve been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight’s new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.

First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.

I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious – packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.

As for the price, it’s a food hall, so let’s be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community – it was worth it and I’ll be back.

Highly recommend!

The best ramen we’ve had from here to NC! Absolutely fantastic Tonkatsu, Shrimp Hibachi, and super fresh and expertly made sushi. No skimpy noodle portions here – worth every dollar!

Save your money. I paid $27.23 for salmon hibachi. Portion size was small and food was unseasoned. Veggies were not cooked and there was no flavor in the plate at all. They don’t even give you a full filet of salmon for $30. Not to mention $5 for water. Never again! Wish I would have tried another establishment in the food court. Like many others ATL restaurants, overpriced and underwhelming. Instant regret!

My shrimp habachi with noodles was scorched. I mean how long do they think you mad to cook shrimp. The chef obviously didn’t want to work that day! I could’ve gone to Bento and had a better experience for the money I spent!!

The first guy who was taking my order didn’t really wanna explain the menu to me I felt rushed when asking about the fried rice. Secondly the portion size for $24 is insane. Then when I asked for an extra sauce the young lady said $2 but now I know why they only give one sauce because it’s not even enough food for two. First and last time trying this place it’s not worth the money

Bad, bad and bad again, we took chicken and shoyu ramen, terrible, just disgusting corn, the cheapest, old, with a terrible taste that is not chewable, stuck together noodles, but a tasty broth and tolerable chicken (it felt like it was first boiled and then fried, which is strange)

Friendly staff. Clean. I got the tonkatsu ramen. The noodles were undercooked, meat was bad. Dull presentation. No fresh vegetables. Soft boiled egg was hard boiled. Limited broth that was too concentrated. Over priced for what it was.

I’ve had tonkatsu ramen and a lot of different ramen places, and this is the first one I’ve found that had chashu pork that was this thick and also seared and soft in the middle. I enjoyed having mushrooms in mine. The egg somehow got a little overcooked this time, but I’ve eaten here before, and it was perfect last time, so I can ignore that as a one off because it is normally soft and jelly-like on the inside. The broth is silky and delicious. I always order my ramen with extra noodles, and that is no problem here. The broth comes really hot, so it might not be a good idea to add a few ice cubes if you are in a hurry.

The sushi was really fresh. The owner said he is still trying different suppliers and brands, and it keeps getting better and better. This salmon had a buttery taste to it, and the tuna was really fresh. I enjoyed both. You can see how fresh they are in the picture.

I read the reviews on this place, and I saw that someone said he didn’t think they had corn in Japan. What? Corn is a normal ingredient in tonkotsu ramen. It is in every ramen shop I have ever visited. He also said that the instant ramen that they had at Costco was cheaper? Of course it is! This isn’t instant food. This is real food! This guy shouldn’t be reviewing ramen shops if the only ramen he’s ever eaten came out of a packet.
