So I ordered a Egg and Cheese Crossiant with extra cheese. No extra cheese but I was charged for extra cheese and I’m out
40 cents. The sandwich was luke warm. Which means they used warmers and not toasting it to order. The donut and chocolate milk was fine. This location fails for an incomplete order and low standards. I do not recommend patronizing this location.

I don’t know why this place hasn’t closed. After 2 PM, the employees are incredibly slow. I waited 30 minutes for my drive-thru order just for a coffee, and it arrived cold. This has to be a joke.

Stopped in before an appointment to get an iced coffee and their bacon avocado toast. It took a very long time in the drive thru with only 3 cars in line. The much older lady working the window handed me my things and I took a look at my toast to find a piece of bacon not the crumbles it should be. I asked if this is normal and she cut me off and said “there’s bacon”. I didn’t even mention the bacon yet, so they knew exactly what they did. The older lady was dismissive and rude.

I think everybody knows this so it’s not worth saying but the coffee doesn’t have a lot and that they used to. They don’t have as much coffee as they used to in the coffee. They barely have any specially in the iced coffee, but everybody probably knows that by now, but the thing that people might not recognize is they don’t have that many seasonal drinks anymore. I used to like Dunkin’ Donuts because they just had a bunch of seasonal drinks like some other coffee places but now when you go there, they don’t even when you ask, they don’t have anything on the menu and that the people at the driveway. Don’t even know what you’re asking, which is weird. The only thing they offer is flavor shots. It’s like they don’t know what you’re talking about.

I thought everything was going well until this morning I ordered a matcha and they put coffee in it. The beagle barely had cream cheese in it. That was my last time there for sure.

Ordered a plain cream cheese bagel and they put egg cheese snd bacon on it. I ordered the loaded hash browns with no cheese but it had cheese. It’s correct on the receipt so I know I didn’t order it wrong. I was very polite when I called and they said they could remake it but I door dashed for a reason.
From experience, The manager isn’t very nice as well. Last time my mom went they said to her that they are wasting food when THE APP put the order thru twice. They throw donuts away everyday so how they gonna say they wasting food?? It isn’t rocket science. Do not come here. They get orders wrong every time.

I used to go to this Dunkin which was 15 out of the way I travel to work for several reasons. First they took the time to make my coffee the correct way (as I actually ordered it), crazy to think someone would actually take the time to make a coffee the it was ordered. They used to mix the coffee not anymore. The service used to be friendly. I’ll need to find another one that will do something as simple as taking the time to make a coffee. Or just go to Starbucks for a couple cents more, to have something so simple made correctly.
