I live around the corner from this Arby’s so we will go there every now and then for a shake or sandwich. You can dine inside or go through the drive through. The inside is spacious and clean with plenty of tables. You can no longer use the dispensers for getting your ketchup or Arby’s sauce inside, probably thanks to the people that take advantage and will fill up for home later…anyway.
I mostly go through drive through and find that they are quick, polite and very kind. The food is so/so but it is plentiful and served at the right temperature.
Today, I decided to try out their $7.99 box meal. You get a lot of ‘food’ for a total of $8.47 with tax. I got a full size Arby sandwich, two cheese sticks, some fries, a peach roll up pie and small drink. The bun was so soft and delicious on the sandwich. The peach roll up looks small and crusty so I have not tried it yet. Overall a nice value option.

Ordered the 5 piece steak bites because they looked delicious in the commercial. What we got looked and tasted like some bad bbq burnt ends at best. They charged $8.69 for this.
Also ordered 2 roast beef sandwich and the buns were stale. Just a reminder why we haven’t been here in a while and why we won’t be back.

I’m not sure what is wrong with this location. I try to go here, because it’s literally the closest fast food restaurant to my house. However every time I come to this location I regret it. I went here for dinner for my family, I should have known better. The fries hard, cold, they tasted rancid. I ordered curly fries. Half of the fries were crinkle cut. I didn’t know they had those. I ordered a bacon burger. No bacon. The sandwich was cold. For some reason there was literally 100 sauce packets on the bottom of my bag. as well as the staff seeming angry that I was there. It was 730. I ordered on the app. Because I have gone there at 730pm before. And they tell me they are closed. I will never return to this location again. I tried to get a refund from corporate, since I used the app and I haven’t heard from them.

I stopped by Arby’s on the way home. Went thru drive thru and was told that I could not order, so went inside. Went to the counter and saw cash register draws stacked. I asked the counter person if he was ready take an order. He said yes and took my order. I asked when they close, he said 10pm and was getting to close, it was 9:30pm. I ordered the advertised big cheese steak sandwich. Well, it turned out to be more accurately the tiny cheese steak sandwich! The bun overwhelmed the meat. All I could taste was roll. $7.99 for basically a roll is horribly overpriced. Please be aware. I love their roast beef sandwich, but the Cheese steak is a bust!!

This location needs to get it together..
First and 3rd time i tried to come here noone would answer the drive through box so i just left.
2nd visit had no crinkle fries.
Then today.. i ordered a dble rb meal. And mozza sticks.
My mozza sticks still frozen inside. So i pulled back through and got new ones.
Went home to discover i got a regular beef n cheddar..
Also the fried needed about 30 more seconds. I asked for arby sauce and ketchup.. got home to arbys sauce and horsey saunce NO ketchup..
So 4 attempts at this new store.. and NONE were successful.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. $17.00 on fast food and it was crap.. I should have paid 15 and got reataurant food.

Went for lunch and Nick at the register was great. He was very professional and pleasant . Food was hot and fresh. We will eat at this Arby’s again: I dropped my fries and Nick immediately gave us a fresh fries and cleaned up our mess. Thanks Nick .

I was in the drive through at 10:05 am. The store was supposed to open at 10:00 am . A young man said they are not open yet. I said I thought you opened at 10:00. He said we do but we are not open yet. I asked when they are opening. He said in about ten to 15 minutes I did not know staff got to choose when the store was open. I wasted my time going to this store. I then went to the Van Dyke store and I got a classic roast beef sandwich. The bun was stale and hard. You can do better Arbys!

Pulled to try the new steak nuggets, as I drove around to the drive thru I saw the place was absolutely deserted, not a single customer. There’s a second entrance to the drive thru from the strip mall parking lot, so a car got in front of me as I came around. It took them a few minutes to order, but I had my radio on so I didn’t hear why. I pulled up to the speaker and was immediately told to look over the menu for a second and they’d be right with me. WTH? You have 1 order right now!!! I waited about 3 minutes and took. Absolutely ridiculous they couldn’t take my order.

Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich, received a raw piece of chicken. This will be the reason I never go to Arbys ever again. The audacity they have to serve food like this to paying customers is concerning if they even care about what and how they serve food. The reason given by the owner of this specific Arby’s was that a “new person” was on the fryer and pulled the chicken early. This is beyond disgusting and it quite literally made me puke. Please look at the pictures. Google won’t let me give the 0 stars they deserve.
