DoorDash forgot two (maybe three ) of our pizzas, so we decided to just go into Marco’s to grab them instead of reordering. Genesia was working the front and was awesome. Super cool, kind, polite, and genuinely helpful the whole time.
Honestly, experiences like that are why people come back. If Genesia isn’t already a manager or assistant manager, she absolutely should be. I own a company with over 100 employees, and I can tell when someone just gets it.
Whoever’s running this place is doing something right We’ll definitely be back to this Marco’s a lot more because of this experience.

Move Marcos to the top of the pizza list Liberty! The pizza is amazing, it’s quick, and the team there is awesome. The owner is a great guy and you can tell he cares a lot. My daughter says, “THEY ARE JUST SOO GOOOD!!”

Ordered Marcos pizza on the app for carryout from my home. I live about 8 minutes from the store. When the order was placed, the landing page said it would be ready in 14-20 minutes. We waited about 5 minutes and headed over. The app would not track my order. Everytime i clicked on my orders, the app showed the order and when i clicked track, it said i dont own this order. I was unable to track the order. I did delete and re load the app prior to placing the order as my app seemed to be out of date and it would not let me update it without doing so. Our pizza was ready. We ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza, a large BYO with pepperoni and jalapeños and cheesy bread. The Philly pizza was ok the cheese sauce was very thin that it didn’t seem “saucy” at all. The steak did not stand out. The mushrooms on the pizza looked and tasted like jarred or canned mushrooms. The cheesy bread was delicious! It was very flavorful and had the right amount of garlic. The pepperoni and jalapeños pizza had the right amount of sauce and tasted good. I enjoyed the flavor of the pepperoni. The crust is a nice yeast crust and tasted good. I was bummed they did not offer bbq sauce for a base on the BYO pizza as an option. I was also disappointed they don’t have a drive up option like the Gladstone location.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and desert. Let’s just say all the custom toppings i added on the pizza were placed with care and very well proportioned . Every bite had everything I had added onto the pizza. Sauce was great, toppings tasted fresh and crust was very good compared to other big pizza chains out there. It was perfection ! . Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was very professional and customer service oriented.

Placed my order at 4:51pm.. Was told my order would be delivered in 50 minutes… Called at 6:10pm… After being on hold for 12 minutes I was given the excuse.. Sorry we’re backed up, your order is just now being placed in the oven.. At that point I canceled…. Between lack of proper management & poor service all the way around.. This place wont be in business long….

I ordered the whole meat calzone it was delicious it was large enough to share but ended up eating it all myself and the dill in the buttery crust topping with the sprinkling on top is really good not sure what it is but it’s worth getting and it’s a great price as well also friendly staff The gentleman at the register had my order waiting for me when I arrived at the register
