This Jersey Mike’s Subs is located in the Baltimore Peninsula neighborhood of southeast Baltimore. Lunch time activity moved at a normal pace. The shop is comfortable. Staff were very attentive and congenial. Customers were fun to talk to. Food looked and tasted fresh. Tuna fish on rosemary bread was delicious. Menu selections were reasonably priced. I rate this Jersey Mike’s Subs a 5 out of 5.

Just received my DoorDash order the Turkey & Provolone on Rosemary. The bread was HARD as a ROCK. I contacted DoorDash they said it’s nothing that can do, called the location… no answer.. so here I am leaving a review. Whoever made my sandwich knew that bread was old and hard. Do better! Overall this location needs to be shut down. From the rude employees to the unhygienic service. Plus they are ALWAYS missing something even in light days. The price, attitude, and lack of care at this location is very obvious that the franchise owner does not really care about this location.

Genuinely disappointed I’ve come two times in person ordered DoorDash twice and it’s safe to say as excited as I was for this location to open being as though it’s the closest one now to me it’s a real shame. This location could be booming. It could have a lot of business a lot of patrons a lot of regulars but the service is trash the execution is even worse is always something missing from my sandwich. It is always nothing like what I’m used to at other locations and the service is genuinely terrible. I hope that they improve or else I’ll be forced to drive all the way across town just to get Jersey Mike’s.
