A friend recommended this place as the best sandwich she had ever had. I decided to give it a try on Saturday, and let me tell you… She was right. I’m still dreaming of this sandwich hours after getting it.
As soon as you step inside, you smell that amazing New York deli smell. Fresh meat. Cheese. Pickles. All sorts of fermented foods and olives. The people behind the counter could not be friendlier. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came in. I had never been there before, and they patiently answered all my questions and made recommendations. I tried the classic Italian sub and the super big A sandwich (turkey, roast beef, ham, provolone). Oh my gosh. Not only were the subs enormous, but they were absolutely loaded with meat and cheese and toppings. They actually included a separate container of dressing and toppings in case I wanted more. I really think you could split one sub among four people— that’s how meaty and huge it was. Everything was so fresh. The coleslaw was some of the best I’ve ever had. And there is a really cool section of goods imported from Italy, including frozen foods, and I picked up a bag of frozen meatballs. Don’t sleep on that section because they were amazing. The people working could not have been nicer, and they made me such a beautiful sandwich. They told me they have been there for 35 years, and the line was out the door. When a business has been around that long and people still love them that much, they are doing something right. I can’t wait to go back!

I love fining little mom n’ pop places on my travels. These are the type of establishments that are incredibly good service and quality.
That was my case today traveling through Manassas on a business trip. The reviews looked good and led me here.
It’s tucked in a strip center and once you step inside the smells and decor take you to a NY Deli. The ladies were so helpful and offered me a taste (in reality an entire slice) of mortadella, since I e never tried it. Loved it !!!!!
So I had the “small” Classic sandwich, still 8”. Then a cup of their Cole slaw. That sandwich was one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had.
I’m only sad that it’s likely I’ll never be through Manassas again. Loved this place and everything about it!!

I heard about this place on Facebook and was curious. I ordered an Italian Sub, Steak and Cheese, and Zappos Voodoo Heat potato chips. The Italian sandwich was very good. The meats and cheese were generous
The seasoning was appropriate. The bread adequate. The same thing could not be said for the steak and cheese. The bread was ok but the steak had no flavor or texture. It needed seasoning or salt. It was just mush. I got it with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, but they were diced so small, I could barely tell they were there. I only finished half the sub. It’s not a good sign when the chips are the highlight of the meal. I was so disappointed.

Delicious is an understatement! The steak and cheese hot sandwich was everything I wanted and more! I added the peppers, onions and mushrooms, (as offered on the menu) it paired so well with the steak and cheese! Very generous portions. First step in the door and you just KNOW it’s going to be delish. Very well established and very nice owners. Only visiting for a short period of time BUT I will be back before I head back home! Thanks for making my belly happy!!

The food wasn’t terrible but the deli had a strong smell and the chicken steak sub i ordered didnt say it came with cheese but it was covered. When i called and asked if i could have it remade because the menu doesnt say it comes with cheese the owner told me its my fault i didnt know it comes with cheese. After the phone call i didn’t feel comfortable getting more food from this business.
The sausage was boiled and the meatballs tasted like they came out the freezer. They also rolled the paper into the sub so my gf had to pick paper out of the cheese on her meatball/sausage sub. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The best subs! They are always fresh and they are loaded. Great bang for your buck. Haven’t had an Italian sub this good since moving from NY! Deff a favorite. The Milano is my go-to.

Ordered from grub hub a meatball sub and usually I have no issues with this place and love it BUT ………today the pepperoni on the sub was NOT the usual and it wasnt very good and looked funny. I hope this is just a were out problem and not a ongoing thing to use. Otherwise Ive never had any disappointments with this establishment

The spicy Italian is our go-to here (hot & sweet peppers, toasted) and it NEVER disappoints. It’s by far one of the best subs we’ve ever had. The baklava is to die for and the pieces just the right size for a sweet ending to a great lunch.

I ordered the steak and cheese. The bread was perfect. Plenty of cheese and other items on the sub. The meat is missing something. Having said that, you get a generous portion which makes the sandwich an overall value item. Owner is very professional and efficient. Definitely worth supporting his business.

They have the most fresh and amazing turkey sandwiches! All the ingredients are fresh and cut per order. They assemble the sandwich perfectly. I get a white bread sandwich (not the subroll) with turkey, lettuce, cheese, mayo, banana peppers, tomatoes and onions – the best sandwich I have ever had! The owner is super nice too.
