They got our order wrong. The manager came out to fix it . Which could have been fixed without her I’m sure . But ok. The meat on my chic fry sand tasted bad like it was just starting to spoil. We were on Rd trip so I didn’t get to eat anything while my whole family ate happily. Smh. Very disappointed

I went to Sonic drive thru on August 1, 2024 and ordered 2 Rt 44 drinks. Both came with sediment in the bottom, rocks and debris. I think they don’t clean their soda lines and gunk builds up. It about broke my tooth on a part that I pulled out of my mouth, that looked like gravel.

Terribly slow service. Always takes at least 15 min to get just a drink… And food is always old and fries and tots stale. Even when I specifically ask for fresh fries I never get them, always old… And they don’t ever mix their drinks good. Always too much flavor add in. Overpowers the soda

Always great service! Their sodas are the best in town, not affected by the local water flavor(during times where other places have that happen). Food is traditional fast food, but just as good as other Sonics should be.

I just paid $12.88 for a burger combo…my medium drink that comes in the combo was the size of what I would consider to be a small…(for like a kids meal). That’s ridiculous..to make it worse it was completely full of ice, so the amount of soda was next to nothing..I will be avoiding sonic..I will also be advertising my complaint..
