As a long time customer of the franchise I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Gone are the good tasting burgers I remember. I got a number 9 without cheese and fries. The burger I received was a sad tasteless piece of meat. The fries weren’t fresh. I had to ask the kid for new ones. He was respectful though and apologized. There is a lot to be desired here. The burger up on the menu above the register certainly isn’t the burger I received. It’s false advertising and not right. Things have truly changed. It saddens me actually, I could have gone anywhere but always thought DQ’s burgers were a lot better than McD’s. Now sadly to say they are the same. I know in today’s economy the franchise has to make money but it shouldn’t be at the expense of the quality you give the customers.I know my review will not change the thousands of DQ’s in the US but the corporation should do a overhaul of the quality of beef and how they prepare it as well as pricing. Lastly it certainly isn’t worth the $10. I won’t be back.

Ice cream and shakes only
Tried this place out for the first time, portions were way smaller than marketed, like half the size, my shake was good, but the chicken box and fries and toast were not that good especially for the price, better off going elsewhere for food. Servers were friendly but accidentally removed my coupon code then asked me to pay and had to rescan coupon code then forgot my drink cup. Not that big of a deal I could tell they were new, but then they give me basically no fries and tiny tenders. Clean place though, just would rather spend less money for more food elsewhere.

Slow service.,like everywhere else! Waiting for the staff to stop goofing and actually pay attention, I had to just walk away and never got my nuts for my sunday! The burgers are small even the double ones. Price is fair and prices are good. We will be back and I will bring my own nuts. Lol

I go here maybe a couple times a week. My kids and I love the ice cream. However every time is different and I can’t understand it. Tonight however threw me over the edge. Three of the four blizzards I ordered were handed out the drive thru window melting. The employee doesn’t bother wiping the side of the cups. And when I asked why they were so melty, the chocolate one in particular, I was told “we put hot caramel on it and it starts melting the ice cream”. This bad?! I’ve ordered the caramel fudge cheesecake before and it wasn’t melted like this! And the worst part is the two employees stood there staring at me like I had 10 heads after explaining why my ice cream was dripping all over me! Some visits are great! The blizzards are thick and not melting all over the cup. But other times it’s like this. However this is the worst! Some one there needs better training on how to properly make the blizzards because this isn’t it!

Let me sit and wait 15 minutes for a take out order without asking me what I was waiting for. (I was the only one there.) Since i was on the road, I didn’t appreciate the wasted time. Food was fine. I used the 85th anniversary special to get a small blizzard for $.85; pretty sweet deal. I love their cheese curds and always get them, even if i don’t get ice cream.

Stay away from the dairy queen in Leominster on Sack BLVD. This particular location seems to have a problem with their ketchup and mustard dispensers. Today was the second time I received burgers that were inedible because they were literally drowned in both ketchup and mustard… to the point the bun was completely soaked in it and it was all over the wrapper and squishing out the sides of the burger. I thought they fixed that because the last few times have been okay except for the cold soggy fries but it happened again today. Gross cold raw fries, and inedible bugers. Threw both meals out because i got them at the drive through and was already part way home before I reaalized it and wasn’t going back to complain so they now they get to have a 1 star public review.

The kids make us stop at every Dairy Queen. Not McDonald’s. Not Chick-fil-A. DQ Cool and Grill. Best fast food burgers in the business, love that I can get curds as a side instead of fries, and mm mm tasty treats
