This is one of my favorite Starbucks!! It’s always clean and the baristas are friendly and professional. Drinks never disappoint!! Love the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich! There’s plenty of parking typically.

I get the same thing every time. I live 2 minutes away and as soon as I place the order, leave my house, and get there it is ready. They seem to be handling the pandemic well. As for my drink I really can’t complain. The drink does vary slightly with how much almond milk they put in, but that is just up to the person making the drink. The drink varies in taste, but that is normal and expected. Thank you guys for always doing a good job ❤️ it’s appreciated

I consider myself a loyal Starbucks customer, however, this location has given me watery tasting drinks more than once. Also if you add expensive cold foam into a bigger cup the baristas will make a point to not fill it to the top. Can’t imagine this business practice generates regulars.

HORRIBLE! I come here pretty often probably 3 times a week. They always mess up my orders and then give me attitude when I tell them it’s wrong.They’re just RUDE. I’m not surprised that every time I go there there’s different people working. The guy with the glasses and long hair is really nice though. They also never update their app and they’re always missing food items in store when it says it’s available on the app and when I want to get my money back they say that they can’t give it to me so they basically make me get something I don’t even want. Someone should really do something drastic about this place and make sure they keep up with quality of the chain.

Just left here and ordered a mobile and my food was ready when I got there but then waited almost 10 min for my coffee. I usually love Starbucks but this one was horrible. Port Jeff and rocky point blow this one away. Even if they those stores are a bit backed up they are polite. These girls were like robots. They did not call out the names and were so busy chatting while drinks are coming in. Made no effort to rush at all and it wasn’t that crowded nor were there a ton of mobile orders sitting there
