We went on a recommendation of a local who said this was THE best Italian restaurant in the area. Right off the bat…the atmosphere was not that of an Italian restaurant. We were put in what felt like a spare room that didn’t even LOOK like a restaurant. It was a minimalist’s paradise but that’s not the atmosphere you want when you are dining out. I specifically wanted to try the place because it is one of the few places that offered eggplant. It was the worst eggplant I have ever had. The chicken in the other dish was sparse…two or three shredded pieces. And the person who recommended the place is a native New Yorker. Go figure. The one consolation was the excellent service.

Good Italian food, with a very cafe style feel to it, not the best in the world but it’s a great stop to differ from the normal places to eat!

Trust builds almost the instant you step inside, before the place has even had the chance to show its full character. The welcome feels easy and perfectly judged, the menu stays disciplined without seeming limited, and the room carries a calm confidence that quietly pushes the outside world into the background. Nothing asks to be admired on its own, yet every detail seems to reinforce the next, creating an atmosphere that feels natural to sink into and strangely difficult to leave behind.

Have come here for dinner in the past and had a wonderful server and great food.

Breakfast this morning was a little different. Omelette was cooked eggs with uncooked ingredients folded in at the end. Hashbrowns were pretty underdone. Pancakes were fine – definitely reccomend paying extra for the real maple syrup (yum!). Tina, our server, was very sweet and handled the multiple tables she had with ease.

Next time, I’d skip the breakfast, request Tina again, and order as much as I could possibly stand to eat for dinner.

Pinocchio’s nose didn’t move at all.
The food was good. The bread was delicious. It’s nice standard Italian food.
The service was awesome. Voss took care of our 9. Plus a lunch rush.
A Bridge club was in one corner. On Tuesday at noon.
The atmosphere was ok considering the building.
Clean and simple.
I would eat here again.

The food was good, and the staff did ok. I would highly recommend reconsidering the live music played during the holidays. The musician tonight 12/23 was playing quickly and the songs were not joyous or jolly considering the season. We felt rushed and listening to someone play the Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald is not what I would consider a romantic or holiday tune.

Shipped one of the kiddos off and had a date night. My bride likes Italian and we were near here.

Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Nothing seemed to come out of a box. Surprised considering a lot is franchised.

Started with a Cosmo and Micaiah’s Bread. Sorry, forgot a photo of the bread. It was probably our favorite. The bread was light, airy and warm. Delicious on its own without dipping. The Cosmo was good, more cranberry than anything.

Our main course came with bread and salad. The bread was good, the salads were okay, just a standard type salads.

For the main course we got a Chicken Tiamo and a Tortellini Alfredo. Me not being a big Italian food guy stepped out of my comfort zone with the Tiamo.

I thought it was fine, but discovered I am not a big fan of the wine sauces. Chicken and prosciutto were good.

My bride thought the Tortellini was okay but heavy on garlic and sun dried tomatoes. She thought they were too overpowering.

Pleasantly surprised with the Andes Mints with our bill.

We came here for Sunday brunch and honestly, it was about as extra medium as you can get. Nothing was bad, nor did it impress. The Pesto Pasta was almost all pasta and sun dried tomatos with just a little bit of pesto. Several people in my party enjoyed the breakfast items, but nobody was overly impressed either. In the end, if you want somewhere local, where you mediocrity shines, than Pinnochio’s is for you.

Used to go to the one in Lafayette so happy to try this one in Longmont. Service was great, this was midweek and around 7pm so not very crowded.
We started with the rolls and breadsticks with marinara dipping sauce. 3 of us decided to share the Gnocchi with chicken and cream and the Pinocchio pizza with chicken added. The portions were generous and easy to share. The gnocchi was pretty rich so I was glad to share and the pizza had a lot of toppings. We finished with the Kentuckey Bourbon Pie which was ok but not great, it was more like a cake and looked better than it tasted for me. My friend really liked it. I think I should have gone with the Tiramisu or Carrot Cake per the waitress recommendation….so next time! Very expansive menu so a lot of options to try!

Best Italian food in Colorado! Greeted with our great server Jessica she brought endless amounts of food price was fair considering how much food you get. My stomach had no more room for dessert but it look like something to desire as most tables got dessert as well. Definitely will be back !
