I am a regular customer, and if you asked me a year ago I’d give it 5 stars. But I am incredibly dissatisfied with the way the people running the store have forced their employees to behave. First off, in the past year, the prices for food has gone up dramatically. Examples: 1. Chicken Wrap 3.50 -> 4.69 2. Chicken Tender Basket 4.00 -> 6.00 and it doesn’t end there. Secondly, Even though I come in as much as 3 times a week, I try to use a coupon that is just 1 day old and I am told that they aren’t allowed to use it because it is expired. That’s customer loyalty if I’ve ever seen it. I don’t blame the staff, most of them are nice. But, the people running the business need to get their act together and treat their valued customers the way they deserve to be treated, or else they will lose my, and many others business.

I would love to give this place a better review because they do have good food. However, I too am upset by how much the prices have gone up. I am also annoyed that I can’t rely on them to be open when their menu says they are supposed to be open. For example, I went in after work tonight and arrived a few minutes past 6:30. They are supposed to be open until 7 and I figured I was still getting there with enough time to not be that person who shows up 10 mins before closing. Even though there was someone behind the counter, I was told they were already closed. All of the signs were still up outside but the employee took it upon herself to close up early. I understand if some things need to be shut down a little early for cleaning and what not, but almost a half an hour. Come on! Why bother saying that you are open until a certain time if you really aren’t?

The females are very Unprofessional and rude. One female got upset when asked if my sandwich could be toasted longer and the other female was pretty rude when returning my change. Training is definitely needed!
