I just want to say this was one of the best Burger King experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming—he personally took my order and even suggested upgrading my meal, which I decided to do.
When I sat down and got my Whopper combo, I was honestly impressed. The burger looked clean, fresh, and perfectly made—just like the picture on the menu. Even better, the bun wasn’t crushed at all, which is rare at fast-food spots.
The restaurant itself was very clean, and I noticed the manager walking around checking on customers and making sure everything was running smoothly. You don’t see that kind of care every day.
I highly recommend this location. Great service, clean restaurant, and food that was clearly made with attention and pride. I’ll definitely be coming back

Without a doubt the worst BK I ever visited, I ordered one menu and one extra burger, to go, it took over 35 minutes to get my order the place was empty and there was only one customer in front of me, while waiting for my order three people, and one entire family got their food. I asked the lady what was going on with my order and she completely ignore me two times, the third one i had to raise my voice and then a kid came, he asked around , and then told me my order was not placed, REALLY?.. I showed him my receipt and he immediately requested my order, which took an additional 10 to 15 min to get, in total I wasted over an hour at that place, someone at corporate needs to double check that franchise and get rid of incompetent workers. The manager here deserves a major award. This Burger King, in a convenient location with plenty of parking, is consistently spotless inside and out. You are always cordially welcomed the minute you walk in. If the associates are busy helping other customers, you can use either of the two kiosks, which are always in working order. Service is prompt, and associates are very helpful. Their friendly, familiar faces are a clear reflection of good leadership. They get your order right every time, both inside and drive-through. Of course, one of the attractions here is the Freestyle soda fountain, always well-stocked and sparkling clean. The music is never too loud, and you can always enjoy your meal in peace. Order an iced coffee and it’s like relaxing at your local coffee place. If it feels like you’re visiting friends when you come to this Burger King, it’s because you really are.

Do NOT order at this location!!! They didn’t give me all the food I paid for, completely ignored the adjustments I made on the app, and customer service is refusing to give me a refund for the missing food items. This place is very unprofessional

As I watch the young lady who was taking orders at the register. She was collecting cash from the customers and going straight to bag orders. She was putting her hand over the top of the fries in order to place them in the bag. I was not okay with this so I pulled her to the side and asked her to wash her hands and put on gloves prior to baggy my order. Also there were two homeless guys sitting in the eating area. The table that we set at had not been cleaned we had to get napkins and clean them ourselves. I hope with this information this location will have a meeting with the staff to let them know it’s not okay to touch cash and then go and touch the customer’s food.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was too concerning to ignore. I ordered a meal from Burger King and was shocked to find a piece of plastic in my fries. This is not just unpleasant — it’s a serious food safety issue that could have caused someone to choke or get hurt.
