I have to say I saw a great improvement. I got a taco and it who is real good. Much better than it was before,
nice and hot delicious. Service was great. I was impressed there must be quite a few changes going on at Taco John’s. I have to say they needed some changes. But I saw quite an improvement. The only thing I have to complain about is my potatoes had way way too much salt. Next time I will order those with no salt

I had the dishonor of having one of the most unintelligent conversations of my life with the cashier when I last visited. They could not comprehend subbing beef for beans on a hardshell taco and just stared at me like I was an alien and kept saying she didn’t get it. Thankfully the person making the food in the back stepped in after I explained it like 5 times and clearly understood. The lobby smelled really bad, like a bathroom. Floors were sticky, flies everywhere. It needs a good clean. Food was ok.

Our cashier was Rhys, he was nasty and disrespectful to us. He asked us “what do you want” when taking our order and then told us to hurry up because there was a rush and they were shorthanded.

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line for them to tell us they were out of burger buns and that they were just super busy, hire more help go across the street, get more buns. Terrible service, terrible food. Clearly a management issue. We will not return.

Waited 30 minutes for three tacos. Drive in broken and bathrooms in lobby with foul smell. Messed up the three tacos and had to wait another ten minutes.

Food was normal quality. Drive through is a bit slow. You need to remind worker at the window if you want sauce packets. They usually just hand the bag out quickly with no eye contact and close the window quickly.

Waited 16 min in the drive through. Food was cold and got to watch the employees fighting fight inside. Still had to go in and get most of our order and they were rude ! Still cold food! This was the 17th of march 2025 ( today) this place has been going down hill for a while and I never thought I’d say it but McDonalds is way better, these employees should be fired and the manager should go to!

Terrible. We had to leave and go somewhere else. Food cold, ole’s all stuck together. No sour cream. No napkins. Food was not hot. Several times had cold food served to us.
