Welcome to the Q & Brew, a family-friendly smokehouse & brewery located within the Silver Spur Resort in Canton, Texas. We offer quality food and excellent service in a casual environment where friends & family can relax and enjoy each other’s company. We are proud to be Canton’s first brewery! Our brewmaster keeps it fresh and different and we are confident our brewhouse will keep you coming back to sample new offerings or enjoy your favorites. The Smokehouse is where the Silver Spur Resort barbecue magic is made. From ribs and brisket to chicken and turkey, all of our meats are smoked to perfection right here at the Q & Brew. We are open to the public for lunch and dinner and pet friendly on the patio. We fry exclusively in beef tallow!

Excellent BBQ. The Q-Ben sandwich was an unexpected surprise on the menu and absolutely delicious. The smacked corned beef was done perfectly. The pork ribeye was the most tender and moist chop I have had. The honey glaze was the best compliment to that piece of meat. Tallow cooked !!!YUM
The white potatoe salad was another unexpected twist on a classic BBQ side. The garlic and sour cream worked so well the potatoes.
I will definitely recommend and return.

Nice space. The BBQ was good. Not amazing, but I’ma littlepickywhen it comes to BBQ. Same with the sides. The beers I tried with my flight were fun. My server was also friendly and attentive. It was a nice stop, while traveling.

Absolutely scrumptious! Amazing food, super friendly staff, and we got our food very quick! We started with their three tacos. Omg!! All were yummy, but the Blacksmith taco was to die for! Then my hubby and I split the Q salad. Amazing Homemade ranch dressing and lots of fresh cut veggies. Then we ordered the Canton sandwich. Perfect portion and the brisket was so moist! For sides, we ordered the fries, seasonal veggies and Mac & cheese. I’m a Mac & Cheese snob and this was amazing Mac!! We finished the meal with a Nutter Butter Banana Pudding. Fabulous! Can’t wait to bring the whole family here soon!

This was a nice surprise. Just off 20 in Canton, TX, this BBQ and Brewery was amazing. The food was great I had the QUESABiRRiA tacos which were really good, the consommé could have used little more seasoning but overall really good. I did not take a pic of the Bandit burger but my son rated it a 10 out of 10. They brew their own beer, I recommend trying because we enjoyed ours.

They have a wedding venue on the property and also an RV camping site which look so nice!!

Overall a really nice meal!

Q & Brew is a true hidden gem in Canton! Tucked just off I-20, it’s got that cozy log cabin feel with super friendly, fast service that makes you feel right at home.
The food is incredible — the Blacksmith taco and Cowboy Stuffers are next-level, and the brisket is so tender it doesn’t even need sauce. The loaded fries are a must, and even this mac & cheese snob was impressed. We finished with the Nutter Butter Banana Pudding and it was the perfect ending.
Great BBQ, fair prices, amazing staff — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at The Q & Brew! The barbecue and smoked meats were delicious, and the craft beers were a fun addition to the meal. The food was DELICIOUS!! First time I’ve ever had a deep fried deviled egg but it won’t be the last!! We had brisket quesadillas and beer burgers… not sure which was my favorite. Both yummy!! Fun, cozy atmosphere and a helpful and friendly staff. Cant wait to go again!

There’s a lot of great BBQ in east texas, but very few are able to compete with The Q and Brew. The food is great, the staff is extremely friendly, and what a cool and cozy atmosphere to spend an afternoon! The tacos I ordered made me question if I was in heaven or still on earth! Seriously great place to be!
