I’ve been ordering here for about 18 years. They’ve always got my order right, they’ve rarely ever forgotten a soda on delivery and the staff is great. Great location! Great staff.

The delivery driver, Crystal, called upon arrival to inform me that my order was placed in the wrong zone and should have been delivered to Eagan. I explained that I didn’t select the store myself — the system had automatically chosen it. I thanked her for the information and told her she could simply leave the pizza, and we would come down to pick it up so she wouldn’t have to enter the building.
However, when I got downstairs, she was still there and immediately asked if I was going to add a tip. I assumed the tip had already been included, but she said it wasn’t and asked, “Are you doing 15%?” While I normally tip well, the tone and approach came off as rude and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, once I opened the food, it was cold, overcooked, and lacked cheese entirely. For a $50 order, the quality was incredibly disappointing — essentially inedible.

The delivery driver cody was very disrespectful. He was lecturing me about giving a bigger tip and lied about being outside for 10 minutes. Dude drives a newer Ford Explorer standing there begging for a tip. Cody needs to be taught a lesson if he ever delivers to my address again he will be smacked.

Have never had an issue with dominos until today. Delivery driver said “is it so hard for you to just come over here” after I told him he was at the wrong door at the opposite side of the complex. Had to walk across the complex and he’s waiting in the freezing cold no warming bag nice freezing solid pizza

Approximately 4 months ago, I ordered a pizza through its application at about 9 p.m., I waited 1 hour to see if my order arrived and it didn’t even appear that they had done it. I called and they didn’t answer, until a person spoke to me and told me that my order was made wrong, that they would do it again. Wait ANOTHER HOUR, until it arrived. Yes, it was delicious, but it was a little cold. Then I thought it would be the last time I would buy there. But today I gave myself another chance to try it, not only is it very delicious, it also arrived fast and hot, with everything I ordered.

Ordered pizza and salad Monday eve. It took over an hour to get and the pizza was good but the salad was awful. Called back immediately for a refund and was put on hold for manager. After 10 mins was disconnected so tried again the next day. I was told noone at that time knew how to do a refund and call back that eve. I understand things happen but they don’t seem to interested in making this right so I doubt I order from them again! Still trying to get this resolved.
UPDATE: I would give them negative Stars if I could today after finally talking to a manager. I was told I could not get a refund because it is too late(I did try to contact them right after I ordered and management was unavailable) and that my only options would be a credit or to contact upper management myself for a refund. Such poor customer service skills. I have spent hours on this issue so this is extremely frustrating and all he could say was have a good rest of your day which is about as condescending as you can get to an annoyed customer….. previous customer! Goodbye Domino’s in Inver Grove Heights there are plenty of other places to get pizza delivered here.

“I recently placed an order with Domino’s, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. Slices of my pizza were missing toppings entirely,or the jalapeno toppings were sparse. Additionally, the wings I ordered were significantly smaller than expected. It’s disheartening to receive a meal that doesn’t meet expectations, especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying a satisfying meal. I hope that this feedback will be considered for future orders.”

Went to this dominos to pick up a pizza, and immediately upon entering was greeted with two male employees yelling at a female coworker. Berating her and demanding to know how she could’ve done something like that. The older man yelling at her, a bigger guy with a ponytail, stomps passed me and slams the front door and his car door shut, as he peels out of the parking lot. While waiting to be served, I notice hundreds of bugs inside the building. I was already hesitant before I even got my food. They were all over the lights and flying around the employees. I picked up the pizza and drove home. Looking at the pizza, the first piece I picked up, had bugs stuck to the bottom. I promptly called to ask for a refund, and the employee said okay and hung up while I was talking. I had to call back and ask why I was hung up on in the middle of asking for a refund and the guy had the nerve to say he thought he said “Have a great night”. What a joke. Would not recommend if I was being held at gun point.
