Ordered from here a number of times. It’s always been good. Tonight ordered an avocado salad and chicken bacon ranch Quesadillas. The salad dressing was supposed to be blue cheese. It could not be identified. The avocado was yellow inside. The salad did not taste well. The onion rings were very dry and not very edible. Unfortunately it’s the last time we will be back. Too much of a bad experience.

Love this family owned pizza place. Great pizza’s and grinders actually great everything a must stop if you really want a good meal and equally great prices. Is exceptionally clean as well. They have delivery options as well as pick up. While I was there it was nonstop people in and well getting their pickups as well as deliveries going out constantly. So they must be good.

Last time Giovanni’s . Three strikes you’re out. This new ownership had good /great 2-3 year run . I’ve noticed last few times the pizza tasted different..less sauce ..less toppings…tonight literally had 3 slices on a large without anything on it ..nothing but bread …cooked and sent out the door with nothing..no sauce -cheese -pepperoni. Unacceptable. Someone needs to lose their job . It’s gone downhill fast and I’m done . The large cheese was just as bad . Pool of fake cheese in the middle with dried out crust .

Decided to try Gio’s out the other night for the first time, and unfortunately we won’t be coming back. Our pizza was extremely greasy, had a consistency of cardboard, barely any sauce, and lacked flavor overall. Definitely disappointing.

Showed up directly at 11 when they opened and asked if they sold slices. They informed me that they did and I got 4 steaming hot slices in front of me in 10 minutes. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a quick bite for lunch!

Giovanni’s has been long established in the Chicopee area. The food quality has gone up and down through various staffs. Currently the quality has been better. Pricing is a little on the higher side.

Food is always super good. I’ve had the garlic knots, the meatball sub (with fries), fried dough, the pizzas, and the hot dog. This place never fails me regarding food. I don’t know what’s up with the other reviews.
They have a nice dine in, although I prefer just getting delivery. Employees here are pretty cool and nice.

The owner is the man. When I was broke. The owner look out for me and my family and yes when I got back on feet I paid him. But the funny thing is he didn’t want my money just my order lol. I still paid him plus tip.
