Update:
Not sure what happened to Conrad’s!? Between the lack of service (the server forgot to take our order and we had to ask where they went, and forgetting to bring or drinks), to getting my medium (burnt) burger that tasted horrible. Ended up leaving extremely dissatisfied with our visit.

Food was fabulous! We definitely will be back.
The service needs work. Served food without utensils/napkins. No salt or pepper shakers (I had to grabbed them myself from the cart). Definitely needs training.

Brought my Mom in a wheelchair for a special dinner at the Foxboro location
Got seated and and it took a while to even see someone after seated. (The place was empty with only 3 tables occupied because of when we went in at 4pm.)
Finally waiter cam and took our drink order…another 15 mins passed and he decided to come back with drinks to take our order
We got our soup and salad orders and they never cleared table.
Finally got our food and we had to pile up the soup and salad plates to accommodate the meals brought over and it was just ok as i love this restaurant and bragged about the food.
Anyway we finished meal and waited so long for waiter we had to go to hostess stand to get him to table.
Three of the four of us had spicy meals and no one came to refill our soft drinks or water
We unfortunately ordered a dessert and i think the waiter went to Walpole to get it because we could not understand why it took so long and our waiter was totally absent from serving us
We got up to leave and asked hostess for our check
As we were leaving the dessert came out and had to get it in a to go container
I rarely ever complain but when i read reviews of service and then experience the same issues other are having and Conrad’s reps respond with same stock answers they need a change in who is in charge of wait staff in my opinion

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience great. The food was cooked perfectly. Two minor things with seasoning. Lemon pepper chicken was very salty, and there could have been more seasoning on the pizza.
We got two combo plates with steak tips and chicken (one lemon pepper and one teriyaki). Teriyaki was amazing, and steak tips were perfectly cooked. We got sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Also ordered a pizza and fries . The fries were delicious crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.
Started with fried pickles and artichoke dip. Again, they were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was yummy with the pickles.
Our serving staff (Linda) especially was right on top of things. I actually dropped some cash in the store and didn’t realize it at first, but called later, and the staff found it and set it aside for me to go pick up.

Brought my daughter for an easy weeknight dinner. We sat in a booth in the area to the left and it was great! The booth had a little TV at it that you can control which was cool though my kiddo was more occupied with the coloring sheet they gave. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and was delicious! I had the combo plate of steak tips and BBQ chicken with broccoli and potato salad. The steak tips were cooked perfectly and the chicken had great flavor! I also tried the strawberry rhubarb sangria and it was delicious! Overall a very pleasant evening!

Service was fast and friendly. I had the wedge salad with grilled chicken. Salad was super segmented which required a great deal of cutting, mixing and rearranging on a full plate. The ingriediants were fresh and tasty. Price was around $25 with a soda.

This is my favorite restaurant in Foxboro! I’ve gone at least 5 times now and have never been disappointed with my meal, whether it’s a seafood pasta dish, sandwich, or sweet potato fries. Great prices too.

The Foxboro Conrad’s is usually great, with good service and food. However, we went tonight for an early Mother’s Day dinner and were very disappointed. The service was pretty awful. Our waitress, although sweet, seemed more interested in standing in a corner chatting with friends than working. We had to seek her out to request plates for our apps, to get drinks, and to ask for the bill. There is a male server who is fantastic. We could see him going from table to table taking care of people and laughing with the guests. Meanwhile, our waitress was nowhere to be seen. Our meals were 50/50. The pizza and burger two of us got were excellent. However the chicken marsala, mushroom ravioli, and chicken picatta were blah. This is not the Conrad’s we usually enjoy! Hoping this was just an off night with new staff and next time will be better.
