Walked in to get breakfast while staying the the hotel close by. Turned into not only a great plate of eggs, plaintains, and beans, but a great conversation and an extra order or pupusas and tamarindo for lunch. Incredibly warm welcome. Went back the next day to try their sandwiches and baked goods. Thank you!

Small place but felt welcomed. They got busy really quick. You can tell regulars come in, get bread, and / or meals to go. Went during lunch while charging my Tesla. Service is fine for one personal the front taking orders. Overall, I sat down and was asked several times if I needed anything after ordering. The meal was delicious. 10 out of 10. I will say I am a gringo to my Guatemalan roots but I enjoyed it listening to them talk about the breads and meals on the menu.

GUATEMALA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) – They make caldo de gallina ($15.95) daily, not just on weekends and serve it with rice and potato salad. The soup itself can be served with a thigh or breast, which is roasted and served on the side, while the broth has necks and gizzards for flavor. Taking a first sip almost makes you want to be sick so you can be even more comforted by its hug.

Super bad experience the girls who work here gave us an attitude when we asked for an extra plate but anyways small space and im not sure if i only smelt it but there was a stench that smelled like corn and eggs or it could have been that homeless guy outside that kept asking for money.

So delicious and legit Guatemalan food! We stop here to get breakfast and omg the Pan dulce is probably the best I’ve found in the US.
We order the breakfast number 1 and it came with eggs (I got scrambled with tomato and onion), homemade black beans, crema and fresh homemade corn tortillas (I could literally hear them making them). We also got coffee and my day was brighten!
I also bought some pan dulce to go! 10/10 next time I’ll try the lunch food for sure!

Flavors blew me away. Had the potato and cheese pupusas after work, and they completely restored me. The wait was pretty significant, but worth it.
I’d definitely recommend and will return to try the rest of the menu, definitely ordering some pupusas to go.

I dont usually put perfects but consider my 4/5 essentially 90% . It was my first time and I’m coming back for pupusas. I use to come to the establishment before they left and this place is equally as good.
All it needed was more queso but my meal was fire. I’d call in in advance if not it will take some time but it’s fresh. Please continue to make fresh delicious food plz.
