To start, this is not about the current staff there. It’s about the corporation and leadership.
Make me put in the order? Fine! Should be more “efficient”. Not! Still waited 17 minutes for my food.
Took away the convenience of letting get refills. I know Chick fil a does this but there is someone “always” at the counter to refill my drink.
My point is this place is jacking up the price, keeping the food “okay”, making you put the order in, and taking your convenience away.
I seriously will not be surprised if they go out of business. Chick fil a takes your order and actually can get your food to you in a timely manner. Honestly for around the same price.
It’s the service that’s killing them.

This location is terrible. Don’t waste your time coming here. Waited over 20 mins, came inside to check for the food and only having to wait some more. No one is checking the front to see if anyone is waiting. Instead the employee wants to yell about an order and state they’re just gonna leave the food on top of the vehicle which turned out to be mine. Asked for the manager to get the refund and to get the employees name and didn’t tell me. Ridiculous. Train your employees to act more professional as there was several other customers either eating or waiting for food.

Did the pick up order on the app. Big mistake…watch many people come and go through the drive through while waiting. Got pancakes and sausage, food was cold, butter was liquid, it had obviously been setting a while…but no sausage. I used to like this McDonald’s…maybe stick to dine-in or drive through.

Standard un-hospitable fast food. Placed my own order and waited for food to come off conveyor and have number called. Not sure why I even stopped there. I worked more placing my order than any of the three employees i.could see on their phones. Pitiful.

I’m genuinely surprised that this location remains in operation given the ongoing issues with food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. The staff often appear disengaged and unresponsive, frequently misunderstanding requests and even reacting dismissively when asked to correct mistakes.
After multiple negative experiences—including consistently incorrect orders and a lack of basic customer courtesy—I stopped visiting this location for six months. Unfortunately, upon returning, nothing had improved. Simple requests such as asking for ketchup or napkins are met with blank stares or complete disregard.
If it were possible to give this location zero stars, I would.

I have came here on multiple occasions and every time I have to wait. I have tried to refrain from writing a bad review ever since this location opened. Tonight on the way home from the airport with my daughter we ordered two meals on the mobile app and it took 20 minutes and going inside for us to get our food and when we received our drinks, they had clearly been sitting a while as there was no ice the taste was watered down And clearly as you can see it is not full because there was ice in it at some point, but no longer. Even after we went inside, no one came to the front counter to assist us. We waited Eight minutes before I saw an employee walk our order outside and I told him that’s my online order. I’ve been waiting for. Also none of the sauces were given, really needed some with these over cooked fries. Just an all around terrible experience and I would not recommend this location.

The foods fine I mean it’s McDonalds but they need to train better on how they communicate with customers. We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just for them to tell us they couldn’t make change for a $20. And when i asked as to why they weren’t telling people when the order the little girl at the window was completely disrespectful and rude and said it wasn’t her problem.

Rude..inconsiderate.. doesn’t acknowledge customers..waited 15+ min on my order had to actually stop someone to followup on my order even though they saw me there when I did get it a burger was missing the burger and fries in the bag were cold was told for 10 minutes they were waiting on chicken nuggets! They were not busy at the time doesn’t matter if they were! Tried several times to speak to owner with no response! I WILL NOT order or support McDonald’s again there are too many other places to go that does get the order right and acknowledges their customers with better food!

Been to this location a couple of times and something is always wrong or missing. It seems like they just threw the small fries package in the bag to say they gave me my small fries . They must have been in a rush to make the sandwich because it was all sideways and falling apart. The nuggets were definitely not fresh.
