Am I the only one that gets a bitchy attitude from this worker? I honestly told her that I’ll be using my Dutch pass and I’m over trying to have her scan my pass for points. She comes and brings my drinks and says it’s too late for that and she hasn’t even rung me up yet than told her I haven’t checked out . And employee just grab my money from my hand.

Ordered two golden eagles light ice. As I was waiting lady made the drinks filled with ice to the top. After letting worker know they were supposed to be light ice she grabbed two empty cups poured one made drink into both cups added more milk and called it good. I tried my drink and it was all milk and Carmel. I returned to have the drinks remade and was given a bad attitude. Drinks were not remade but instead added a shot of espresso to each one and that was it. Horrible attempt of customer service and drink was still no good. Bernalillo location.

I love Dutch Bros I think it’s the best place to come for a drink but this Dutch Bros is very disappointing ordered for drinks and three of the Dutch H20s. We’re very disappointing I ordered with extra sweetness on the three and there was really no flavor pretty much just taste it like water very disappointed and I ordered a Dutch soda extra sweet and same thing pretty much tasted like just sort of water. I’m a big Dutch Bros fan but this Dutch Bros just is not it very disappointed and don’t know if I would return to this Dutch Bros again pretty dishearting meme to have to write this

I am a frequent customer and pretty happy with this location. However this morning they didn’t ask if I wanted to tip like they usually do. They added a tip without my authorization. I don’t mind tipping for good service but I don’t appreciate them adding a tip without asking at the preferred amount. So be careful snd watch your charges or you might be a generous tipper without your consent. Otherwise I am happy with the services and drinks.

The coffee is good. I would say that it’s a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn’t catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door.

Walked across the street and had nothing but the most wonderful experience there and a very excellent tasting frozen Golden Eagle.
I frequently stop at the Truck Stop across the street and I will for sure make it a habit whenever I come out here to get some Dutch Bros.
