I had an issue with my $9.99 large pizza order on Saturday—it was missing a few toppings. The manager at the time was very helpful, noted the problem, and promised a replacement. They even threw in a free lava cake to make up for it, which was a nice surprise.
When I called back today to get the replacement, the manager on duty—Chase—went above and beyond! The pizza was made perfectly this time, loaded with all the right toppings, and came out hot and fresh. Chase also included a free 2-liter soda and the lava cakes, which I tried for the first time… and wow, they were amazing!
Great customer service from start to finish. Chase and the team really made sure we were satisfied. Definitely earned my repeat business.

Food tastes great but I am worried, about hygiene issues, I saw an employee making a pizza and then went to handle a cash transaction but then went directly back to finishing the pizza without washing their hands. I love Dominos but I’d hate for someone to get sick.

Ordered Domino’s New York style for $10.99. The most impressive part was that it included 3 toppings. Most other pizza places only include 1 topping with their pizzas. You can always add more for more money on any of them. The pizza was ready when I arrived. It was cooked thoroughly. It was still just your basic Domino’s pizza.

Probably the worst overall service. 10min away, and Domino App took almost 1hr 45min and food wasn’t fresh, soda wasn’t cold and chicken was barely warm and a sloppy/mushy. Called and apology was weak and stated “sorry we are running long waits today.” Why order a pizza that takes over an hour to cook, let alone 1 hr 45min to actually get to you. Absolutely failure on their part, not to mention 40min to travel less then 8min away. Won’t purchase from here again. Not recommended. Driver was nice, so barely two stars from this slow location. Chicken was dry and clumpy, pizza was cold….. Pass Here.

This was the first time I had ever ordered Domino’s online from this location and unfortunately, I got the wrong pizza and the cheesy bread was undercooked when it was delivered to my apartment… I did call the number and I spoke with Jandel who took care of the issue very quickly by saying he had no problem, remaking the pizza and the cheesy bread because when I asked him if the cheesy bread should be doughy, he said it should not, and that he would also remake that for me, so thank you very much, Jandel! Excellent customer service from you and also my delivery driver. Charles was very nice!

Haven’t had Dominos in over 10 years. Decided to try it out again last night and I was reminded as to why I haven’t had it in over 10 years. It is bland and dry and the amount of toppings they put on the pizza is laughable. Will be sticking to Hot rocks pizza and westshore pizza for sure.

Pizza and stuffed cheesy bread is always good . We decideded to get a salad and we really should have thought about that before ordering it. We paid $7.50 for a tiny , and unfortunately slimy salad.
