FIRST OFF I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO THE YOUNG MAN TODAY IT WASN’T HIS FUALT! 2/16/26. Secondly this place is a absolute joke. How could a manager or owner allow 1 person to operate this place during lunch hour. I’ve lived in Glendale for 10 years and I have walked out of this place over a dozen times. The other staff members aren’t very nice either. But if there team leaders would get there crap together and not put employees in the red tape zone every single day at this place…this wouldn’t happen. Im over it and won’t be returning. And I am sorry for ripping the young man’s head off today with a verbal exchange but seriously what a joke….I walk in,there was two other people waiting, the place was quiet and the clerk approached me and said can you please wait a minute Im backed up. Naturally I said sure no problem. I waited about 5 minutes and then approached the desk to order. He then looks confused and upset and says. You will have to wait 10 more minutes before I can take your order. He apologized and said he was the only one there. I could have handled it much better but this was the 8th time this has occurred since moving here. I said no thanks had a couple of words and walked out. My neighbors complain about this place. My staff on Colorado Blvd complains about this location. My good friend who orders about 30 pizzas from home depot in Glendale will no longer order from this location. Its incredible how many community members are aware of the poor service this location provides. I should have listened and ate somewhere else.

I ordered a medium thin and crispy crust pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce. Pizza was dry. Lifted the cheese and saw no sauce. They sent another pizza, only this one had a tiny amount of the red sauce. Tried to call the store, kept getting the call center. I was told they don’t use very much sauce anymore, which is an under statement. One star is all they deserve.
I wanted to speak with the manager. Unable to reach the manager. They don’t seem to ever answer the phone at the store. Pizza Hut’s reputation is terrible as far as i’m concerned . I was a long standing customer, not anymore. I just wanted a decent pizza. That apparently is in the past. One star is all i give them.

SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PIZZA HUT, THE NIGHT TIME MANAGER AND STAFF WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL. IM A DOORDASH DRIVER AND I PICK UP PIZZA FROM SEVERAL PLACES, HOWEVER THIS PLACE MADE AN OVERALL IMPRESSION ON ME. VERY COURTIOUS AND PROFESIONAL STAFF AND MANAGER! HAD TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW.

Stayed at the Hyatt and walked over before 6pm. Staff was friendly and funny, patient and fast. Food was great, plenty of space to eat indoors but we went back to the room to enjoy the Nuggets play on tv

I was told id only wait ten minutes.

Finally I said I had to leave.
The cashier didn’t say anything.
I left with no refund or food. I did not receive the item I purchased.

When was this crust prepped? I’ve never in my life seen a stuffed crust look like this, and I worked for this company in the past. The foh was empty. One silver suv delivery driver parked on the side. It was slow. Kinda wishing I didn’t say “Keep the change” based off what I received… Why ya got to do me like that? LOL. Where’s the GM to this location??? Asleep. Smh.

They’re not cooking the pizza right. You see this all the time in lazy pizza chains with no oversight. Look at the pictures provided – this was not the thin and crispy pizza option, supposed to be regular hand tossed. You can see the raw dough in the thicker part. Please use the right amount of dough and cook your pizzas properly….

Your crew you have working tonight (9/7/25) is a total joke. My food was delivered over 30 minutes later than the tracker said. And when I called and asked why it showed the driver still sitting in one place the lady said he was close by but the tracker wasn’t accurate however how did she see him then? And when i called the last time a different lady told me he was still another 10 mins out from being here cause he had to do a double… once the food came it was cold, tasted like crap and the driver tipped it on the side to take the pizza out of the bag also. Please fire that whole crew. There as bad as it gets and their full of crap. Refund was given but the service was terrible and lying on the phone isn’t a great look with customers.

Wow, fast food but not anything like the original Pizza Hut.
For kicks I decided not to use our regular pizza delivery company so that I could try PH again after many years.
When I say many years ago I mean more than 20+, and wow has this place changed.
4 pizza’s some VERY low quality chicken pieces and several sauces that were missing from the order and I’m out $70.00 bucks. 2 large, 2 medium pizzas that were of a quality less than you’d get from a frozen grocery store place.
I’m sorry to say that Pizza Hut will never be an option again so long as the quality is this bad.
I also cannot stand this tipping before service is rendered mentality and again I will not be going this route again.
So, below average pizza, low and bad quality chicken, missing sauces and ridiculously expensive. I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from this company again.
