I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at your location today, February 27 at approximately 12:30 PM.
I walked into the store neatly dressed, in a positive mood, and with a smile on my face. My group and I were simply looking to grab lunch during our break. As we entered, one team member walked directly past us without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment. Immediately after, another employee followed, went behind the register, and stood there looking down at the floor—again without saying a single word.
My group and I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. We attempted to make casual conversation among ourselves while we waited, hoping someone would engage with us. After standing there for roughly three minutes in complete silence, I finally made a sarcastic remark to someone in my group: “Hi, welcome to Firehouse Subs, what can I get started for you?”—simply to create some comic relief and perhaps signal to the employees that customers were standing in front of them waiting to be served.
Even then, there was no proper engagement. Instead, the interaction that followed was rude and dismissive. At that point, my party and I chose to leave.
It is truly disgusting to walk into an establishment with good intentions—simply trying to enjoy lunch during a break—and be treated as though you are invisible. The complete lack of basic customer service, acknowledgment, or professionalism is unacceptable.
Please be assured that I will never step foot in that Firehouse Subs location again!

I went here at 12:30 pm for lunch today and unfortunately was never greeted by the cashier. The group who I was with tried to take a step back to see if the cashier would acknowledge us again and he did not. As we left, the lady behind the counter said “have a great day.” We never ordered. It was unprofessional. I have never experienced this at any other Firehouse location.

This establishment is severely lacking in quality. There were four employees behind the counter, and they still made an order error. Additionally, the meatballs were overcooked and lacked flavor.
Furthermore, an employee was wearing long hair in the food area, which is inappropriate. The manager was also unprofessional and rude.
Please General Manager look into this matter.

1st impressions are the best! We had lunch here yesterday and it was great! Fresh made to order hoogies! Prices are a little higher than subway but the quality is better in my opinion. Keep up the great work and we’ll see you soon!

I had a very disappointing experience at the 7542 West Commercial location. I stood at the register for several minutes waiting to order and was never acknowledged by any of the employees. The staff remained standing at the register without offering assistance. Then when I was walking out she told me to have a nice day! This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Stopped by today on my way home to grab a bite. They greeted me as I entered…welcome to firehouse.
I tried the medium turkey bacon ranch sub and it was very good. The cashier gave me the recommendation and it was really good. The manager and young guy that made my sub were awesome bc I had some variations to my sub order.
Great service. Great vibe. I will return. I thought the had good interaction with guests as well as myself.

The staff at this location are so friendly and kind. These days it seems rare to encounter friendly staff at a restaurant and we will continue to go to this location because of the kind staff. The food is always good as well.

All the props for Barry and his staff for a job well done! A friend suggested I order from here for a Lunch & Learn I was sponsoring that required providing fifty boxed lunches to include a half sandwich, chips and a cookie. I spoke with Barry, and he gave a a great price and arranged to have my order ready for pickup when needed. I arrived yesterday for my order and was greeted with a smile by his staff. My orders were packaged perfectly. I paid and was out the door in no time. They even opened early to get my order ready. The place was sparkly clean and welcoming too! They also texted me at the end of the day to ensure I was satisfied. Class act, all the way around.

Came for lunch and was not disappointed!!! Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Seating area was very clean and the staff (Levi, Kendalyn, and Eldine) were friendly and very helpful! Overall, great experience and we will definitely be back!
