It was dirty, they were not friendly at all . They told me it would be 20 minutes. I sit there for 25 to 30 minutes of waiting and they never run my phone or nothing . I kept waiting on people. And I’m sitting there on their little side couch. And I went and got in line and asked him I said how much longer is it going to be on my phone. How we had been done for some time they just didn’t bother to call me or let me know they’ve just let me sit there. I do not plan on going back to Pizza Hut no more there’s too many other good pizza places in Washington

To order a pizza for delivery then have it turned over to DoorDash who had 5+ orders and had to stop at other restaurants to pick up more orders to deliver, our pizza didn’t come for over an hour and was ice cold. Very disappointed

It’s take out or delivery only at this location so can’t speak on atmosphere. As far as the service, food and accuracy of order you can’t beat it. The key is to call order in. Being able to speak more personal they get it right and usually go above and beyond. No matter what changes or specialty requests I ask for they always make sure they understand and get it right. Hands down best pizza, pasta and desserts in Washington.

Place looks dingy as all get out, inside and out. When I pulled up I had to second guess if the place was even still in business. The staff is rude, and got what looked like an eye roll when they spotted no tip on the receipt. I’m getting take out what am I tipping for?
I wasn’t going to leave a review, because shit happens, I get it, but this place can’t even cook a pizza right, the pepperonis were all burnt and the cheese and toppings were all sliding off the pizza. I’ll keep going to Domino’s and Papa Johns for my pizza, thanks.

Whatever manger was working at 430 pm today. On March 18th 2025 Needs training in customer service!! There website was not working states not added to cart I need t I be on the app. Went and did the add in the pic would also not work today. Would not let me have the same price as app or website. Also showed to Wes that it would not me put anything in the cart not even a drink. Manger states nothing they can do. If you had good customer service you could of honor the prices as it stated they where. I own a business and would never do that to my customer and let them go elsewhere. I have ordered here 2 times a week since may of 2016!! Never again you just lost a customer of 9 years. Domino’s was very good today so they just gained a new customer. Please look at pics from their order site today. O0 stars total failed a big F! On customer service!!!!!

They did outstanding job on the meat lovers pizza but let me tell you one thing! You cannot ride a pizza for an hour and expect it to be the same as it was when you first picked it up! Doesn’t work that way! It was still good but just not same as freshly made!

Pizza was fine. However it’s 7/25/23 and this location still has its dining room closed to customers. Now I’m a pickup and go person but since the dining room has been closed since the start of the pandemic it smells like the carpets haven’t been cleaned since then either.
Going to have to pass on this location in the future because of that smell.
