Is anything working at this Little Caesars? The order kiosk was not working, and the drive thru pick up was closed, with a handwritten sign asking one to enter the store. No one was at the counter for several minutes, and a frazzled looking employee with flour all over their apron appeared and took my order. I jokingly asked if they were running the store alone, and employee related their co- worker was on break. No hot and ready pizzas were available. Waited 10+ minutes, as others came in and also waited. The other co-worker appeared and took orders, but the cash register would not work, so the employee had to go to the back with money. Pizza finally arrived, and it looked and smelled good. At home, I remembered to take a pic before it was devoured! Toppings and cheese were tasty, but the crust had no flavor at all, except a light raw flour taste. The barcode on the box suggested specials, but when I copied it, the specials had not yet begun… so something else was not working correctly!

Ordered pizza thru the app for drive-thru pick up. One of the “deals” was a large two topping for $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. It took me several attempts to get the “deal” as it failed to inform you that a round hand-made crust needed to be ordered to get the deal, and I was choosing thin crust. Arrived about a minute before the suggested time, and the pizza was ready. I asked for napkins, and the employee at the drive-thru window said they had run out. How does a restaurant run out of napkins? When driving by the order kiosk, I noted it was still out of order, with a giant X taped across the order board. I noted that the drive seemed to have been resurfaced, with no potholes, and it seemed the lanes were a little wider.
The pizza was flavorful, the small chunks of beef topping were seasoned nicely, mushrooms were canned not fresh, and sauce had a little spice with a pleasant acidity. I like thin crust, but the pillow like crust was appetizing, although I did not eat the outer round side. It held no yeasty notes.
Overall, it was a pretty good pizza for a great price!

Picked up another pizza today for another function. Placed order online. The pizza was ready before the scheduled pick-up time. Toppings were correct, and it was delicious. Now I know why they run out of napkins. She gave me a stack almost 3 inches thick! (See photo) Was a very good experience today, and the $5.99 deal for large 2 topping is great! 5 stars!

Ordered 1 thin crust cheese pizza in the app. About 20 minutes later, I received a notice that pizza was ready. As I drove around the restaurant, I noted that the speaker order kiosk is STILL not working. It’s been out since 2023! At the drive thru windows, no one was present. After waiting 5 minutes, the lady who cooks appeared, covered in flour. She had a hard time trying to figure out how to unlock the drive-thru windows. She could not locate my order in the system. The other associate appeared after she called for her, and they both perused the system, finally telling me the pizza was not ready. I waited at the window as I was instructed for over another 20 minutes. Cars behind be became frustrated and left. My pizza was finally ready, and when I asked for napkins, she said they didn’t have any. I smiled and asked how a could a restaurant not have napkins, and she replied, “we just opened,” which I did not understand at all. At home, opening the pizza, I discovered it was a messy disaster. Big burnt flakes were all around the pizza, along with crust crumbs and a tomato smear on one side, with a smashed in crust. I realized that the first pizza I ordered had burned, and they just put the new pizza in the same box, explaining the messy appearance of the box and burnt crust pieces, when the current pizza was not burned. Only 2 people working, not knowing what’s going on, many people leaving … back to low stars. See photos.

A study in how Little Ceasars puts a round pizza in a rectangular box! See photos. Lol.

Was told to order at the window. Sat there for 5 minutes with the staff looking at us through the window. Went inside to order. Then was told they have nothing on the menu that they have posted. Got a hot and ready pepperoni and a pretzel pepperoni. Was told it was going to be 13 minutes. Sat inside and heard the staff screaming obscenities from the kitchen. No one was wearing a hairnet and no one was wearing gloves to fix the food. The guy that worked there came out and got a drink wearing dirty clothes. No one that came out to the front ever went and washed their hands. They had DoorDash orders that “complained more than the people that order in”. So we watched pizzas be made and go we were in the store from 4:18- after 5pm. After we had to pay for the order before they would make the food. The employees even told a customer that they couldn’t wait until they closed this one. Skip this one if you can it’s not worth the wait.

This place has gone downhill so bad. In the past, the workers had an attitude but at least the food was made correctly, unlike today.

One person working and only the drive thru open. I did my order online. One of my pizzas was supposed to be Slices N Stix, which is half pepperoni pizza and half cheese sticks. They gave me a CHEESE pizza cut like it was Slices N Stix.
I called to ask if I could come back and they said I had the right food, and that they know because they made it…. no I did not. I’ve ordered this same thing many times and what they gave me was NOT it. I told them it was missing pepperonis, seasoning and butter.
They said they would remake it. They asked at the window what the issue was again, and I told them. They said they had only been working there 4 days… (and then told us that we taught her something new, because she didn’t know it needed seasoning and butter.)
It was made WRONG AGAIN. No pepperoni, the “cheese stix” were not thin and were the same thickness as the pizza half. It also looked like they added the butter (way too much) AFTER it was cooked so it was wet and soaking through the box. I did not feel like arguing anymore. I left feedback through Little Caesar’s website. I’m not going back here again.

Close this place down if they can’t find help. The recent reviews say it all. There is no reason to try and make a new person work alone when they obviously don’t know the menu or how the make the food.

Not going back here ever again. We ordered stuffed crust pizza (1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese) and Parmesan chicken wings online and we ordered it at 7:45 and wanting to lick it at 8:15 but we only reached there at 8:30pm. We had to wait for another 20 mins and by the time we reached the window we had to honk and were kept waiting and some small kid opened the window and said what did we order and vanished and came back after 10 mins to say they will start making the pizza and then disappeared and reappeared saying they put it in the oven. The time we got our order was close to 9:15 and when I reached home my son was disappointed cos it was a full pepperoni pizza. It looked so ugly and not cut properly and eating a slice made us all sick cos it was so oily. No one touched it after and we had to throw it out the next day

Buyer beware. We used to get food here once a week as a family treat, but then it closed for about two weeks “due to staffing issues” and when it opened back up their service and good has just been awful. We never get the right order and have to wait while they make the proper one. The store smells like marijuana and the staff just don’t seem to care the slightest bit. They’ll stare at you for 20 minutes while you wait in the drive-thru and never come to window. They randomly lock the front door so you have to use the drive-thru and still have the previously mentioned issue. If you call the store they never answer and the voicemail is always full. Even calling the 313 customer service line never gets anywhere if you are lucky enough for them to answer you or call you back. Guess we will be driving to the other side of Roanoke to get our weekly family meal from now on.

Never going to this location again placed an online order and the building was closed. Not my problem your manager is working 12 hour shifts and was exhausted and abandoned their store. Fast forward to Monday and I’m still charged for an order I never received.

This location is already a little hole in the wall might as well shut it down if you can’t run a business. Owner needs to give me the number to contact them because your corporate customer service is a joke. I filed a dispute with cardholder services. Bunch of thieves run this place.

I will say though the employees abandoned by their manager were quite nice though- they couldn’t get in the store to make the order.

I think this location may be permanently closed. It’s had a “closed”sign (sharpie scrawled on a paper plate and taped to the front door) for at least 3 weeks. This location has always been a little tacky and uncared for for years (even by Little Caesars standards). The drive thru speaker thingy sat broken for years and there were regular staffing shortages. It’s sad, because its in a convenient location and Little Caesars is my son’s favorite fast food pizza (for some reason). I think COVID and subsequent inflation were especially hard on Little Caesars (the one on Main St. In Salem also closed).

Apparently uniforms are optional as you can see by the picture of the worker in her pajamas. Sure the pajamas are great for food safety. Placed an online order gave it almost an hour before getting there got there still wasn’t ready told be another 10 min when in reality it was ready in the warmer the entire time!

Often closed when they are supposed to be open. Had an instance that I ordered via the app only to arrive and find the store closed. Had to contact corporate for a refund. Very slow service. The effort put into the food is notably minimal. Had a pizza once that had 2-3 inches between the edge of the toppings and the edge of the crust. Italian cheese bread frequently not even close to being cut full thickness. I’d say it’s worth the wait for better quality pizza, but the wait for a better pizza is probably still less than this store.
