We stopped at the new Zaby’s here in Natchez. It is two doors down from Wendy’s and will probably compete either way the same customer base.
We had no problem ordering and the server was courteous and efficient. We had no problems getting our order and everything was complete.
The food was hot and tasted nice. We both ordered the chicken finger dinners. The fries were nicely seasoned, the chicken hot, and the coleslaw tasted fresh.
The interior was mostly finished though there were a few rough spots. While we were there eating the outside sign was being erected outside.
This was a nice fast food dining experience for us.

Went in and ordered our food. Cashier wasn’t very friendly. We ordered glthe classic chicken sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich. They were both the size of McDonald’s happy meal burgers. And, the grilled chicken was so burnt, I had to peel the outside layer off. Will not be back!!

So my sister ordered the kickin chicken sandwich about a week before I came in. I tasted a piece of hers it was amazing but unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience. First of all, I stood at the counter for about 5 mins with no recognition at all. When my order was taken the lady didn’t seem to wanna do it. I get home and the fries were great but the sandwich is so dry it’s ridiculous. The tenders on the sandwich were really touch and the bread taste stale. This is by far the worse experience with fast food that I have had in a long time. I hope it gets better for ZAXBYS sake.

Tonight I experienced very poor customer service at this location. The food was okay but the workers attitude at the window was horrible. They didn’t give me all my order what I payed for. When I asked them about it nicely her attitude was horrible. She acted like she was mad at the world.

The service was terrible the tables were sticky the drinks didn’t even taste like drinks there was spider webs in the windows the atmosphere just felt moist and if you look into the kitchen it was nasty dirt all over the floor and everything

First of all I’m not even going to get started with all of this crap but the the waters there was only Casey or lemonade and when we got the KC and lemonade guess what it was watered down so and then the curly fries they have a song and they were barely even curly like what the heck the only thing good about them and was probably going home and for fries and a drink that won’t even look good and a sandwich it was $50 you believe that about like what the what I ate lunch.

Refused to take my order in drive thru. Went inside and had to ask for my order to be taken after waiting 10 minutes. While I’m standing waiting on my food the drive thru worker was talking about how she didn’t want to be there and that all of the people in line needed to be told to “go to sonic or Wendy’s”

Came around 8:50 I was already asked to wait with no cars in the line frl den service was horrible they were js laughing nd playin on the clock but I left the fries and tenders were dry and den my sister found a eyelash in her food so I went back up there nd I spoke with the manager and he said it was only male cooks on the line basically laughed in my face saying I js wanted sum free food nd refused to give me a refund this place is horrible im call tmr bout my refund tho

I give this place 5 stars all the way across the board. The workers were absolutely amazing! They were all nice, very helpful and had smiles on their faces. The service they handed out was top notch. I wish more places would have vibrant employees like this one did. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS
