Bru RI LLC Partnership is the owner of Bru RI Coffee Bar. Our Manager has over 10 years experience in the coffee industry. Try one of our many breakfast sandwiches that start with a fried egg on a bagel from a local bagel shop. We offer coffee, chai or traditional tea, many different lattes like our popular Nutella Latte and our flavored iced coffees are served on a draft system. Fresh fruit smoothies or try an acai bowl blended fresh. Gluten-Free, Yes we have bagels, wraps and bread. Vegan, Yes we offer breakfast and lunch options all house made. Pastries were cold and stale. Ordered two breakfast items but they weren’t deliver at same times and delay between was a bit long. Bagel sandwich was tasteless, Avocado toast was very good. Hard to get napkins (dispensers on only two of seven tables), availability of utensils was scarce. Very disappointing, will be looking soon for new ‘go-to-place’ on Sunday mornings.

It took me over 20 minutes to get a medium hot latte. Other people were there and one man waited just about the same time for a plain hot coffee. I felt bad because there was only one girl working, but there was only about three other people in the shop. An incredibly long wait for wanting a quick coffee. Especially considering it was $8 and not very good.

I’ve seen them under construction for awhile and they are open now.
Interior looks amazing, especially their coffee tap is something very unique! I like it.
They also have beautiful red maple tree outside.

Drinks are good. Food so-so. Service and atmosphere are excellent. Love the cove in the back with all the couches. Food’s not bad enough that you wouldn’t eat it, just not creative. That being said, we’ve been several times.

This place is a great find, they have a large variety of coffees, very friendly employees and the food is always delicious. After i’m done eating I usually use the room in the back with comfy chairs to get some homework done.
The prices are very reasonable, especially if you’re a student on a budget.

Used to come here all of the time when i lived in SK. Best coffee around Kingston. I live in East Greenwich now but I just stopped by and the coffee and atmosphere is still top notch. The food is still great too.

Went with my daughter after bringing her back to URI. The avocado toast was just delicious. Toasted wheat bread with a generous amount of fresh avocado, sliced tomatoes, red onion and sprinkled with a few red pepper flakes. My daughter had an iced Nutella coffee that was out of this world. I know where I am going next time I visit! Great atmosphere too!

Bru is my go-to spot on campus. Being someone with Celiac, I am amazed at what an incredible job they do with catering to my gluten free needs! Also a great atmosphere to be in, and plenty of charging for all of my devices.
