Despite offering to pay extra, I consistently receive fewer than five packs of sweet and sour sauce each time I ask. I always make sure to say EXTRA. I always get a plate with double chicken and less than 5 packs is simply not enough for all of it.

Located few miles away from Georgia Southern campus. There are other restaurants, gas station and a small Walmart next to this Panda Express.
The food is great and it tasted better at this location than one near me. I got the family meal and they gave good proportion and packed nicely for takeout.

When the food is fresh and hot, it truly hits the spot, and the flavors are exactly what I expect from Panda Express. The environment is usually clean and hygienic, which definitely enhances the dining experience.
However, a recurring issue that has impacted my experience is the inconsistency in portion sizes. On a few occasions, I’ve found my bowls and family meals to be noticeably underfilled, which can be quite disappointing, especially when you’re expecting a full serving for the price. There have been times when it felt like they were holding back on the quantity, which detracts from the overall value. While some servers are incredibly generous and polite, others seem to pack very sparingly. This inconsistency, coupled with a manager who seemed unconcerned about the issue, can be frustrating. Despite this, when the service is outstanding, like the times I’ve encountered truly polite and patient staff who ensure fresh, hot, and generously portioned food, the experience is highly recommended.

rice was mushy on the outside to the point where it was a paste, and crunchy on the inside. so nasty that i spit it out. NOT TO MENTION that my plate (2 entrees and 1 side) was genuinely 75% rice. orange chicken was fine but the abysmal amount makes it not worth it. service is fine but the food is awful. (I HAD ALREADY EATEN A COUPLE PIECES OF CHICKEN IN THE PHOTO IT WAS SLIGHTLY MORE THAN THE PHOTO SHOWS, but not by much) too pricey to justify this cheap of a serving size

Panda Express is a quick, inexpensive option for Chinese food. But the staff “assumes” your order and charges you extra. I checked my receipt and the cashier looked surprised when i asked for my money back. Consider adding a tip jar if that’s why you are charging people extra.

For Panda Express the food did not taste as fresh as the other locations, however my food was still decent. The service was fast and as usual the prices are a bit steep but you get a nice size amount.

Panda express is one of my favorite food places.
The experience is always good in terms of the clean hygienic environment and the delicious food.
The experiences get enhance when the hospitality and service served by the server is outstanding. That’s what was delivered by the server Dani.. very polite.. nice.. calm and patient.. the kung pao was over and when I asked her if a fresh one can be made she polite said yes with a wait time of 6min. I waited .. food was packed fresh and hot..and the one thing that differentiate Dani is that she serves generous quantity in each and every plate or bowl you order.
I have had bad experience in the past at some Panda express where they quantity served by the server is like they want to pack the rest and take home to feed their family.
But this place is Highly recommended.. GOOD SERVICE… GOOD FOOD.. HOT FRESH AND DELICIOUS

I stopped by Panda Express and brought home 2 fried rice bowls, veggies with Black Pepper Steak for our dinner. IT WAS AWFUL! THE STEAK WAS SO TOUGH WE COULD NOT EAT IT! A waste of money. Never again!
