It was okay. I think their sauce needs a little more kick to it. Just something was missing. They have a lot of options of toppings. And it’s not in my pictures but the cheese pizza was actually really good. But I would price it at $5.

I order 2 pizzas on 9/26/25 I asked for one extra ranch the girl that was cutting the pizza said its a extra cost listen I will never walk foot in this blaze pizza ever again the cost of food is high and they want to give a small size ranch that is insane for a whole pizza please don’t eat at this blaze customer service is horrible my money is good else where dominos pizza will never please support other pizza places because blaze pizza restaurant does not do whats best for the customer and the manager didn’t care i request to speak to the manager the girl said he said call the number on the receipt which is so unprofessional please dont eat at this blaze

Bruh….where LeBron at? I’m sure if he ever visits this location he would be supremely disappointed in his investment. This has to be by far the worst blaze pizza I have ever visited and it’s a real shame because me and my kids love Blaze.
I’m giving them one star because at least they got the order right.
The worst: the employees. First off, there are not enough. Second, they do not greet you. third, when they finally decide to give you service don’t expect a smile on anyone’s face. You are interrupting and inconveniencing their social hang out. As my boys and I were eating a couple walked in and got in line. After 5 minutes of standing with no one ahead of them and no acknowledgement or greeting they left. I don’t blame them…
The not great: no towels, or soap in the restroom. Also, there was an employee in there watching YouTube videos for at least 25 minutes… the main entrance door has not been cleaned in months. There are clearly no cleaning schedule or protocols in place because there was literally trash all over the place. All of the tables were filthy. This is the only blaze I have ever been to where the signature black barrel trashcan was overflowing. The floors, tables and chairs were full of crumbs. Lastly, none of the pizzas that we received were cut evenly which wasn’t the worst thing. Honestly, the symmetry doesn’t bother me that much but what did bother me is that the pizzas were not cut all the way through. So my two boys struggled to pull the pieces apart without taking the cheese from another slice with it.
Honestly, this place is a joke. I can only imagine what type of management is running this place. I say burn it down and start over. Higher quality employees that care about the job and clients. Train them better, teach him how to keep a cleaning schedule and smile when clients walk through the door.
I hope this place can turn it around they need some good leadership.

Staff prioritizing online orders over customers coming in store. I ordered a build your own with two toppings which only included ricotta and ovalini mozzarella. Barely put any fresh mozzarella and ricotta. The pizza was cold by the time I got home within 10 minutes and it took about 10 minutes before they even started to help me. The pizza was very thin unlike some of the other ones I saw that came out of the oven. Very inconsistent build of the pizza. Quite expensive for what you get.
