We went in on a last minute day date! The entire restaurant is absolutely spotless. Everything was super clean and was ready for us! The atmosphere would be of a place to have a nice lunch meeting or a nice evening out. With indoor and outdoor dining it truly can become something special. The food that we ordered was spectacular. The scotch eggs were incredible. The Oxford shepherd Pie was served extremely hot. The star of the show was the chicken plate. If you want mushrooms without the earthy taste with a soft delicious chicken then this place is absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back. They had a wide selection of all types of whisky from all over the world! Mexico and Tequila, Kentucky and Bourbon, Japan and Japanese whiskey, Several wines of course being nestled in Lodi! This place was celebrating their 4th year being open so we had a glass of Free Champagne!

Visited The Oxford Kitchen tonight for a birthday dinner – our first time there to try their British-themed food and atmosphere. Tuesday night, not too busy, and we loved having it be too crowded.
The service Michael provided was impeccable – he went out of his way to introduce the menu to us and was amazingly attentive, which we appreciated very much. He kept an eye on us in case we needed anything at all, and was always two steps ahead! He made our dining experience both fun and five-star.
The food was also just as wonderful…we thoroughly enjoyed the beef wellington and the sauce served alongside it was delicious. The cast iron rolls were minature, so cute, but just the right amount for two people and baked perfectly. The scotch eggs were also very good! Desert-wise, the cheese cake was just not a winner….however, the bread pudding was remarkable. I wish the serving was larger – definitely not sharable, haha.
The only reason the food category didnt get a 5, was because the food menu was literally just one page. Yes, ONE. The remaining three pages of the menu were all beverages and spirits, LOL. I would have expected a larger food offering in a themed restaurant….but then again, it is a “pub”.
Overall, great dinner and service. We will be back!

Oysters: Fresh cold and delicious
Fish & Chips were cooked perfectly and crispy we had to get a second order. The pasta was awesome, the wine from Oakfarm was yummy! Definitely a good food & customer experience here.

We loved the food. The service was average. The atmosphere was really nice. The drinks were what you would expect to find. Nothing creative or unique. Parking was pretty easy at the free parking lot close by.

The family and I had brunch here today, and everything was excellent. Apparently, my wife comes often enough that the waiter recognized her—which gave us a good laugh!

The food was spot-on, and both the orange juice and Bloody Marys were fantastic. The only reason I gave the atmosphere one less star is due to the strong mothball-like smell when we first walked in. I get that the building is nearly 150 years old, but the initial odor was a bit overpowering. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

We had dinner at the Oxford Kitchen last night. All four of us had delicious meals. The wait staff was slow to get our drink orders but came quickly when summoned. Their food choices are varied and the taste was wonderful.
Our orders were Chicken pot pie, sea bass over risotto, calamari off the appetizers side and chicken Tikka Masala with saffron rice. Every dish was cooked correctly and we all enjoyed a fantastic meal!

We had a great dinner at The Oxford! It was a busy night, but we grabbed seats at the bar and really enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The bar setup is beautiful-tall shelves of bottles, sleek lighting, and a well-organized tap selection gave it a classy but approachable vibe.
We ordered the Beef Wellington, which was cooked perfectly and served with a flavorful sauce-definitely the highlight of the meal. The avocado burger was also delicious and came with crisp fries and fresh toppings. Great flavor, good portions, and everything was plated nicely.
Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. If you’re looking for a spot with elevated British-inspired food and a fun bar scene, The Oxford is worth a visit!

We started with cocktails and the Oxford Bramble was delicious! Our server Bhanu was amazing at helping us decide what to get. We enjoyed the Chermoula roasted eggplant dish – no idea how the eggplant was cooked but it was tender and flavorful.
The seared potato gnocchi with melted kale was in a flavorful sauce that we couldn’t stop eating. And the finale was the chicken tikka bowl which was served with a fragrant saffron rice. It was worth the drive up from the Bay Area for lunch but we found out there is one in Sunnyvale!

Coming to Oxford feels like escaping the usual crowd everywhere else! Banu is the best he’s always so sweet and charming and the rest of the crew is amazing as well! If I could include everyone’s name in this review from hostess to back of house I would! This is the only place I come and get an AMAZING espresso martini! Absolutely top notch and incredible to have The Oxford Kitchen in Lodi!

The place looks great. Tough call but had to give it a 4 star. Some of the dishes at our table were just too underwhelming for the price. I ordered the Wellington and it was so small. Tasty though. I’d come back but I’d definitely order something else.
