My family and I enjoyed Culver’s. They have something on the menu for everyone. All of our food was made fresh to order. Their milkshakes are a little peice of heaven. I went back a few times just for the milkshake. All of the staff is friendly! Overall, I had a great experience every time I went. I will return to eat and I recommend.

This is the first time having Culver’s. I’m going to say I would give it a 2.5 the meat was cold and I asked for condiments on the sandwich but it wasn’t there. Or very little should I say. Presentation is nice and that’s about it. Would I try it again. Probably not.

Food was standard, however this location apparently was not participating in the promotion of the Roasted Garlic and bacon Pub Burger so my companion was unable to order what they wanted. The location was clean and the staff was courteous. Management however should understand that not participating in a promotional campaign will cost them money.

I usually never leave reviews like this but I’ve also never experienced such bad customer service before. I was spoke down to and rushed when trying to place my order through the drive through. It was so bad I felt that I could not place the order because I feared it would be messed with. My order included a kids meal and I cant risk my family getting sick over someone having a bad day at work and taking it out on a customer. When I called the store to inform the manager of the situation, I was told that “the staff will be spoken to” and promptly got hung up on… this location needs help.

I ordered using the website and the process was simple and easy. The order was correct and ready on time. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered frozen custard and they have so many delicious options. I had blueberry cheesecake flavored custard and my husband ordered brownie cheesecake, they were both amazing.

Very disappointed with Culvers in oxford, I use to love culvers when I lived in Florida but after they opened here in oxford im not crazy for them anymore, this is like the third time I buy the ready to go packs of Ice cream and they are packed with just vanilla ice-cream, I bought the turtle Dove which should have caramel and pecans and nothing in the tub ,this is crazy I’ve spoken to the manager about this previously and looks like which ever crew is filling and mixing these pints are doing a horrible job. Get it together Culvers in oxford that is horrible advertising when you’re not providing the item you’re actually selling.
