Food 5 stars: pizza was fresh and delicious and so were the barbecue wings that we ordered. We ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and half sausage as well as barbecue wings.

Service 5 stars: I accidentally threw away the coupon that my husband wanted to use so he could enjoy the first NFL game of the season. He called the store and mentioned to the representative named Jeremy. what happened. Jeremy said, give me a minute and let me find the coupon I know what you’re talking about. He shortly came back and applied the coupon over the phone. We were very impressed with Jeremy‘s customer service. When we went to the store to pick up the pizza, the young lady was equally as welcoming.

Atmosphere N/A: this establishment is built for carry out only. There are chairs to wait and the area is clean.

I love that we have an option so close to home and that the food and service is spot on!

Marco’s has okay pizza, with other options like wings, and subs. Pizza has always been good, but I like to order light sauce, and it seems like that means no sauce to them which can make the pizza a little dry. Wings are good, but I do like mine a little more crisp under the sauce. I haven’t tried the subs or other menu items yet, so can’t judge them. I like the location, and that’s a plus, because the foods not bad, and they are very convenient for me, as it doesn’t take me more than about 3 minutes to get there.

The most negative thing is there service during a holiday, and events like football Sunday, or Superbowl. I’ve tried them twice for pickup during a holiday and it was pretty bad on the wait times (both times they blamed it on the machine that printed out the orders.) So many people were cancelling orders as they waited well over an hour for their pickup. On Halloween I ordered for the family, and the wait time I was given was about 30min, after about an hour and forty five minutes I gave up and cancelled to go somewhere else, especially since the cashier told me mine hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. I know to expect longer wait times during a holiday, weekends, or special events, but for them it was way too unorganized, and in my opinion it had nothing to do with the machine that printed out the orders. It’s their first year, so hopefully that will change for the better. However, for now, if you’re going to order from them during a holiday or special event give yourself at least an 1.5hrs, maybe more.

Here’s the good with the bad.

The good is that the food is actually quite delicious. In the past we’ve had the cauliflower crust pizza as well as other crust styles and have enjoyed them all. The pricing is fair and they’ve usually got some decent specials.

The meh is their website. Slow and clumsy to use.

The bad was last night’s experience at the Sienna store. Ordered online at 5:40 pm and the stated readiness time was 15 minutes, or 5:55 pm. Got there right at 5:55 pm and would’ve been OK waiting around a few extra minutes ‘cuz it was a Friday night, but nooo…

They had some cockamamied promotion with the local schools going on where the entire interior of their storefront was covered in stacks of pizza boxes with kids’ names on them. They said my pizzas were coming but it would be 15 minutes. OK, but if they were running behind, why wasn’t the wait time adjusted on the online ordering site? I overheard them give an answer for the phone orders that it was between 45-60 minutes wait. So, my order was actually brought out to me at 6:35 pm. Meanwhile, I’m sitting on one of only about 6 hard plastic chairs waiting 40 mins for my order, all the while there’s a stream of customers … many with their young kids … with a line extending outside the door.

And I’m not trying to be a grumpy Old Man Smithers from Scooby-Doo. This is not a critique of the other families, kids, etc. If I’d known about the delays, I could have either adjusted my arrival time or simply went somewhere else with no hard feelings.

But, the lack of adequate communication… or, more importantly, lack of good management and common sense to plan for, anticipate and adjust to this anomalous event created the delays, the chaos and the negative experience… wholly unnecessary. Jett, Brooklyn, Pepperonis, Papa John’s, Pizza Inn: all would’ve enjoyed the $65 patronage that I spent last night. And they’re likely gonna get the chance to compete for it next round.

I order from here a LOT and they do an awesome job. Sometimes I order on weekends, and I have to wait sometimes, but they are constantly moving and working hard. If they were lazy and not doing anything, then I probably wouldn’t come back. There are mistakes at times, but if I leave a message, like last night, the manager usually gets back to me quickly, and he does what he can to make it right. This place isn’t perfect, but they try their best and make delicious pizzas!

The coolest thing happened at my kid’s school this morning, Chef Marco (mascot) was greeting the kids as we dropped them off! My kiddo came home excitedly telling about how much fun they all had with Chef Marco, he was giving out high fives, dancing and even got the kids to say 6…7… He was the coolest chef mascot ever! Wish I had a picture but just want to give a big thanks to the person behind the mask, you did a great job! We hope you come back soon!

Thank God for managers like Jermey ❤️❤️ I had a very long day got home late and we still needed dinner. I called to place a pick up order a little after 11pm he was so patient because we were indecisive on what we wanted. We placed our order and headed to pick it up , we drove to the wrong location its 11:41pm I called him and told him the gps said we would arrive at 11:52 he said its ok IM HERE for you. Literally love mangers who show concern for last minute customers like me . Thanks Jermey you rock

We’ve tried Marco’s in Sienna twice since it opened and are really happy to finally have a local Pizza spot that serves high quality food! Last time we chose the delivery service and they were fast and efficient. The first time we went to the store to order take out. Waiting time was as expected. It’s not very spacious inside but I think a couple of small dining tables would be great for the guests that just want to grab a slice.

We absolutely love Marco’s Pizza! Since moving here from Canada, our kids hadn’t found a pizza place they truly enjoyed until now. Marco’s has become our go-to spot! Every Sunday, we order the thin crust pizza and breadsticks, which have quickly become a staple in our home. The location is convenient, the service is great, and the pizza is always delicious!

No idea how the food or atmosphere compares- could never get through. Received a coupon in the mail and thought I would give them a try. The coupon would not work through the app nor online, so I tried calling. I was asked to hold, no problem. 17 minutes later, my call was ended. Tried calling back, and straight back on hold every time. Guess I won’t try them after all.
