This place was straight bunz. The food was made with hate not love . I asked for hot lemon pepper I got just hot buffalo but yk what I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they forgot whatever it happens but no goddamn way you forget to put sauce on the wings??? they were tryna ration the sauce or sum. Looks like they were trying to season the plate and not the wings . Dry ahhh wings . Them wings were dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. I ordered wins and fries. I asked for fresh food and the guy said 10min. I walked out door and in 2 and a half mins they said your food is ready. I opened the food and they food was old and over sauced to try and hid it was old. The fries were so salty that you could wipe off the salt and your entire finger would be covered in salt and when I eat one from the middle it was so salty your eyes watered. They said they would recooks fries and chicken but when I got in my vehicle I noticed they put the same old wings at the bottom and added more sauce to cover it up. This location has went down and will not return.

Placed an order with fries included. I went to the car to view my food and immediately saw that the fries were very stale. I returned them and requested fresh fries. This location’s food and service has declined. I will not be returning and, that’s disappointing because it’s located not far from my home.

I’ve been going here for years and I have never had a problem ! I use to get the bbq 10 piece bone in combo , but I switched it up to the mango habanero and spicy Korean /atomic wings ! They are perfect !!!! Wings Stop had the best wings hands down !!

EVERYTIME I either place an order or attempt to place an order something goes wrong. Today I go to get my food and asked why the fries were not fried hard as I requested and the cashier/ manager stated well you came late that’s why. The attitude of there people. Then I asked for extra sauce because the wings were dry and looked at the receipt and said you got mild so it soaked in the chicken. As a customer, when I’m paying my money for a service I do not and will not accept anything less then what I will give or do for someone. So I will never patronize this business again due to the staffs attitude.

As a suggestion, they should train everyone, especially the cashiers who are in charge of serving the customer, to be more empathetic, since many times we as customers have certain ideas and it is our right to ask and if they get upset, let alone be treated badly. It is important that they understand that without customers there is no business. It is important that they practice empathy more.

My husband and I placed an online order for 2 ten piece combos. The food was not fresh, the chicken was hard and when I called for a manager the young lady was rude. She said I had to bring my food back to the store for a refund. I remember when the Missouri City location was built. Custom Service and quality of food especially freshness is so important for anyone’s health. I will NEVER return. Clearly this is old so to tell me to bring it back insulted my intellect while demonstrating you don’t value my business. I started going to Wingstop over 20 years ago on the Southwest side of town off kirkwood so I know Wingstop and will drive to Highway 6 or wilcrest locations that maintain freshness
