Had a Luxe box and I should have saved my money. The chicken dipping burritos look to be longer than fist length – not at Selah. Barely a finger length!
The container of nacho cheese should be deeper than 1/4 inch.

The thing that gets me is we ordered the burrito deal and it was two, 3 inch little burritos that were 2 for 6 so you’re telling me they give you less than what’s in a regular sized burrito for 2 mini burritos because they look cute? Lol they looked huge in the poster so we were very sad and very hungry when we ordered 3 orders of the 2 for 6 burritos for me and my husband and 4 kids for $25. From now on I’m just going to order 3 of the $5 boxes so I’m not disappointed like that ever again!

Tried the “Crispy Melt Taco” tonight. It was really good. I hope this specialty item stays around a while. The drive up window was fast tonight, and my entire order was correct.

Had another free reward item – the staff helped me to get what I wanted, versus the “letter of the reward” (something VERY simular, but not exact). It was nice to be taken care of like that.

Overpriced $3.49 for a 12 oz drink. Put tomatoes on even though it was clearly printed on receipt (no tomatoes)
Gave them another chance today. I ordered the new shredded beef taco box, food preparer screwed up order and gave me a dorito taco instead of beef chalupa supreme (almost 3 dollar difference in price). These workers wanted/felt they were worth over $15.00 an hour. If you can’t read a ticket and prepare the order correctly YOU DON’T DESERVE the federal minimum wage of 7.75. This place has lost me as a customer.

Some of the Cantina menu items are actually delicious as long as you go light on the sauce and don’t drown your chicken. Expensive for fast food. Service not great. In the past I have encountered mistakes from the drive through approximately 20% of the time. I double check every thing every time now… no exceptions. My teenager loves it there, could eat it every day.

I ordered a 12 pack of soft taco supreme, got home they were the hard tacos. I do not like hard tacos, just not my thing. I only live a couple mins away. I called when I got home a noticed the mistake. The person I talked to said oh I remember your order we had u down for hard tacos. I said we’ll I don’t know where the miscommunication was but I do not want hard tacos, they said sorry there’s nothing I can do that’s what you ordered. Very crappy customer service!!! Will not be back! Oh and myself my girlfriend an her daughter all were sick after eating…..I do not recommend this taco bell at all!
