Blink your eyes and you will miss this place, but definitely worth the stop.
The Burger Theory is in the Holiday Inn so not your typical layout for a burger place
but don’t let that fool you burgers were amazing and appetizers are half price on Sunday …might I recommend the Fire Shrimp while I’m at it. You can get onions rings for a dollar more just get the fries because these aren’t your everyday fries not sure what’s on them but wow they are good.

I’ve been stopping here for years when traveling through the area, and unfortunately the place has gone downhill. It’s super convenient to eat here when we stay at the Holiday Inn, and the food is good, but there has been a noticeable change in the atmosphere. Used to be televisions with games on everywhere, and tonight there were just two tiny screens on at the bar. Pics attached show the empty TV mounts. I really like the burgers here, and my wife is a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. Service is hit and miss – tonight was a huge miss – absolutely terrible. Servers spending too much time near the cash register huddled together laughing.

I visit Salina once a year and will always make my way to the Burger Theory at the Holiday Inn. The food is always on point and cooked to perfection. The ladies serving and bartender have always been amazing and professional. I have never had a a bad experience.

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn. We chose this hotel in part because we were excited to try the Burger Theory Restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. We were visiting family in town and had all planned on eating out together; there were 14 of us. We called ahead to ensure that they would be able to serve us as it was already after 8pm and there were so many of us. We were told that the kitchen doesn’t close until 9 so it wouldn’t be a problem to serve us. Upon arrival at about 8:35, we were met with a waitress who not only didn’t want to serve us but was also very rude about it. She took over 5 minutes talking to her supervisor about weather or not they could serve us due to her being the only server. There was only one other table and a couple of people at the bar who all had already received their food. I was most upset about her rudeness and the refusal to serve us especially when we called ahead. We ended up going to Applebees, where they were more than happy to serve us $300 dollars worth of food and a generous tip.
Breakfast:
We had already purchased the breakfast vouchers while booking our room. We were pleasantly surprised that each voucher can get an additional kids meal for free. They did not have a kids menu but told us of a few options. Neither of our kids liked the waffles, they were out of menu items, and the food was very mediocre for the cost. We will be opting for a hotel with a continental breakfast for our next stay.

Came over while staying over at the hotel for breakfast and dinner. Connor the bartender on Sunday night and monday night was great, he was personable, friendly, and quick. He know his stuff. Kyle The cook on Monday night made an amazing burger and it was made just the way I liked. It surpassed my expectations. Fries were well seasoned as well.
On Monday morning and Tuesday morning I stopped for breakfast and Gabby was working. She was also super nice and helpful. I had the mini waffles and dang were they good. So good I ordered more

Wonderful little hamburger restaurant and bar inside of Holiday Inn here in the South End of Salina. Our waitress Angel was wonderful and attentive! The burgers were excellent and cooked and Perfection. The chicken strips were very good too and the burgers were excellent! We ate here two nights in a row. I can’t wait to try dessert here I highly recommend Burger Theory. It’s not too expensive in the burgers are really good it’s comparable with Chili’s and Applebee’s

Pretty good. I had the house specialty burger and fries. Meat was juicy and had plenty of toppings. I think it was pan fried, though. I didn’t get a “grilled” taste from it. The price might’ve been a bit on the high side – $13 for the burger and fries. Wife had a pizza and it was great. $9 for the pizza and we had leftovers to take home.
