Get to Huron often, so decided to give this place a first try. First of all, I loved the way it’s decorated, great music, nice atmosphere. This place has great potential, however, you need to train your waitresses better. I was brought lukewarm water for my hot tea, no saucer, so no place to put my teabag, so finally got up with my cup to find waitress & ask for hot water, had to ask for sweetener for tea as well, no spoon. My husband had a lot of grounds in his coffee. Our food took awhile, but the waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more coffee/tea while we were waiting. When we did get our food, the waitress never came back to ask how our food was. My hamburger was to red inside in the middle. I ended up cutting my red part out. I’m giving this 4 stars because it seems like a nice place &hopefully it was just a bad waitress experience. Train your help explicitly & you’ll have a great business that can’t go wrong. Best wishes. We will try it again.

Thanks very much to the staff at the Lodge Steakhouse and Lounge. While visiting family in the area, your restaurant came highly recommended and I was not disappointed in the least! I had a very difficult time in deciding what to order because of all of the great choices.
I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the rack of ribs. Both were
prepared to perfection, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was second to none. The Lodge is the “go to” place in Huron. Thank you very much!

When they first opened, food & service was great! However, in the past year they’ve been starting to really go downhill. They past couple times I have been there, the steak has been over cooked, burnt and dry. There is also a extremely long wait when there are hardly any other people there dining. Last time, there was almost a two hour wait with 3 other tables there. Will not go back unless it is under new management.

Good salad bar. Steaks were good. Order them more rare than you want it as you get more done than asked for. They were short staffed this time but treated us well and did a good job.
