Very big and clean dining room. Walked in and greeted right away. No wait to be seated. Waitress came quickly, got my order and drink.
Really nicely decorated, I love everything about this place.
Sushime B was my choice, salad was cold and tasty, plenty of dressing, no brown spots on my lettuce. The miso soup was perfect, hot and full of flavor.
Final course, sushi.. it was very good, packed with a good flavor, cold, ate every last thing in my plate.
Priced very reasonable, I would recommend trying it out..

Was running errands off of University and decided to grab takeout from Sushime…I’d been for the soft opening and we’d ordered delivery several times and always had a great experience…so it was no surprise that takeout was just as good, if not better! Crab/Cheese Wontons & Pork Gyoza not pictured but delicious (even after a 15mins drive home) and the sushi (LOVE their to go box) was some of the best you’ll find in the Rocket City! Already looking forward to going back and dining in! If you’re in the area, check them out!

I’ve been to several popular sushi places around Huntsville area and this place is probably my favorite to date. Fresh smoked salmon, avocado was pristine, and flavors are unmatched, in my opinion. We ordered several delicious rolls but l came for the taco; a very fun and different take on seafood overall. The fried shell is thin, crispy and easy to eat.
The topper of all of it however was our server. He made the whole visit so great.
Attentive, fast, and so polite.
I will definitely be back. This place must be pretty great if I’m willing to drive all the way out to HWY 72 from OCR to have a meal, and I’m already trying to plan when I can do it again!

Food was amazing. I didn’t get pics of everything we tried. But the Eel Sushi Taco and sushi roll pictured were awesome. Also, the soup dumplings and fresh shrimp spring rolls were so good.

DoorDash took almost an hour to assign a driver, so I was fully expecting cold, soggy food by the time it arrived. I couldn’t have been more wrong!
When the driver finally got assigned, she had to wait at the restaurant for pickup, which was strange since it has been over an hour since I put the order in.
Our order arrived steaming hot and incredibly fresh. I’m pretty sure the restaurant remade our order!
The quality was outstanding, the portions for the Singapore Noodles and Lo Mein were generous, and the Sichuan Wontons were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had.
Whatever they did to make sure our food arrived hot and fresh after that delay, it absolutely showed. Truly impressed and will definitely be ordering again.

This place was absolutely delightful! From the cool Asian street art atmosphere to the food and service, everything was very enjoyable. I got the Red Curry Fish Rice Bowl which was perfectly spiced and seasoned. My daughter got the ramen bowl with pork, while hubby got the dumplings. We loved each one of our dishes. We’ll definitely go back and recommend you try it out too.

So good!! The soup dumplings are seriously the best — must order. The fried rice was delicious, and the sushi was super fresh too. Everything came out perfect.

I ordered black peppered beef and egg drop soup. The food quality was good and service was prompt. My only issue was there were no noodles for the egg drop soup. I called the restaurant and he said you have to request it… I said that would’ve been good to know when I ordered. Egg drop is better with noodles. Why would you have to request it?
