My friend, Tim, and I enjoyed tacos with authentic Mexican flavorings and personal standards of quality that reflects why they have been in business for many years. Very good food. Clean restroom. This quaint spot is authentically Mexican. Everything tasted fresh and it was delicious. The owner/server was kind and friendly. We tried the beef burrito lunch and beef taco with cheese quesadilla. All items were great and I’d go back again if in the area.

The food was edible but had NO flavor whatsoever and it wasn’t cheap. I got carne asada that was the most bland piece of meat I had ever had, and my husband felt the same about his carnitas. The server seemed like she was trying to be funny/sarcastic but was honestly just rude. They had several awards on the walls from 10+ years ago so it seems like things have gone downhill. Unfortunately, this was our first and last time at this restaurant.

Not bad for the price, the service was good too. The food was hot and the portions were good, not so much that you feel miserable after eating. I’ve had better but I’ve also had much worst so El Dorado is on the higher end of the scale and it’s definitely worth a visit. They advertise a buffet on Sundays, might be worth trying.

Really disappointing. We called our order in..(food for 7 people) Picked it up and came straight home. It was already room temp when we received it. I had to put cheese on my $12 quesadilla. The chicken was tough and dry. The side salad was swimming in some nasty gray looking water. It was not edible. My husband got soft beef tacos. The hamburger meat (we were expecting shredded beef) was so greasy that the flour tortillas were mush.
We won’t bother getting food from this restaurant again. It was shocking to read the positive reviews and then get the really bad food we did.
In response to your questions below, we live 6.1 miles from your restaurant. We called in an order (today) then left to pick it up then came straight home. I can’t imagine any reason to have a salad full of nasty water. Nor any reason to send out a quesadilla with no cheese on it. It’s offensive to insinuate it was my fault the meal was so bad.

First visit today, it is a very busy restaurant so we tried to wait for a weekday after lunch. The menu is pretty typical mexican food. We both really enjoyed our meals. I’m pretty sure they make their own salsa, and taco shells ect. I’ve consumed a lot of Mexican food in my life and while it wasn’t anything special, it was on point taste and portion wise. Our waitress was friendly and kept our drinks topped off.

The lady that served us was extremely rude! Assuming she was the owner. Won’t return because between that, the Medicare food, and lack of cleanliness was a bomb of an experience! After talking with other locals, they’ve had a similar experience and won’t return either.
