I placed an order through the app last week around 9pm to get shakes for my boys. When I arrived, I was informed that the shake machine was down for the night and that I would need to request a refund through the app. No big deal—these things happen. I requested the refund and thought nothing more of it.
The next day, I received a personal text from the manager apologizing for not being able to fulfill my order. He let me know that I could come back anytime and get anything I wanted from the menu, free of charge. Although I don’t live near this location, I do pass by it often when traveling into the city.
We stopped by a few days later, and Vicky was on duty. She was the sweetest—extremely kind and apologetic (she apologized more times than I can count!) and went above and beyond to take care of us.
The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the spectacular service—we will definitely be back!

Lately I’ve been using the app to order for pickup. There’s always a deal on the Jack in the box app. It almost makes it so there’s no incentive to order inside at the counter. I don’t know if there’s a way to get the deals from the app inside the store at the counter. Anyways. Okay prices. It’s always yummy. They’re always fast and clean.

I got 2 pieces of frozen chicken brought him back, broke him, open showed it to him. They felt it and they made me all new stuff very accommodating. This place is always clean, easy to get into and seem to be very fast. The only thing 5 of us had a problem with is that there’s 8000 choices on the soda machine, and you only have 9 of them that work.

It seems like every time I go to this location—whether it’s 30 minutes or two hours before closing—I’m told they’ve closed early due to being short-staffed. Yet there are always employees sitting around in the lobby, hanging out and on their phones. This is honestly some of the laziest service I’ve encountered, and they’re asking for $20+ an hour.
Avoid this location. On the rare occasions they are open, the food is low quality and overpriced.

Good food, although Jack in the box has gotten very expensive to eat at. They have limited to no value meals anymore. Cost almost 30.00 for two of us to eat lunch, food was hot and fresh, fries were hot and crispy but the container they came in was half empty, if your gone charge so much for the food at least make sure the bags or cartons are full, otherwise good experience. Plenty of parking, easy on off the highway.

I really enjoyed the curly fries at this location – extra crispy and just the right amount of seasoning. They were also nice and fresh and hot. Looks like the wings too are back. Parmesan ones has plenty of cheese powder sprinkled on, but I could not taste the garlic- however it was still a win- the wings were extra juicy and crunchy. Not too bad. The person at drive through was nice, even though there was a bit of a small wait. Plenty of parking outside, and there’s accessible parking too.

I’m super irritated and HUNGRY. I ordered online while on a staycation not too far from this location. We arrived late because I worked 10 hours today (4am-2pm) so I’m exhausted too. To preface, my boyfriend drove to pick up this online order. I ordered and paid for the large size popcorn chicken combo, I received a large box not even half full. I counted 13 pieces, 7 were an actual sized popcorn chicken piece and the rest were LITERALLY the size of popcorn. I did not get my coke, none of the sauces I specified, no receipt. I also ordered some chicken sandwiches that were hard as rocks and a small fry instead of a large. At least his son’s order of a grilled cheese was correct…… my boyfriend offered to go into AJ to get me food (at 11pm) but why should he?? It’s his vacation too and he already drove to get an order paid for and ordered correctly (4 bbq sauce, 4 ketchup) now I’m thirsty, hungry and grumpy. Thanks a lot ma’am.
