I ordered the House salad with fried chicken. The salad came out nicely arranged with tomatoes and cucumbers , but once I started eating, most of the lettuce was black and rotted.
I ate the chicken and vetables. I threw out the rest.
I don’t know who made the salad, or how long ago it was made or if it had be pre-made.
Please do better Zaxbys, this salad was $11.00. Pricy to throw it away.!!

First it took forever to get my food. Then there was two workers yelling and cursing while im standing there waiting for food. Their manger asked one them to leave and he cursed her out too. It took almost half an hour to get my food. This store really needs to get the crap together.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I get told at 10:16 that they closed at 10:00. Online it says that they close at 11:00, so I endured the world’s slowest line ever to get us food. I had to ask multiple times if they were just closing early tonight or if that’s permanent. Eventually with laughter going on, I was told it is permanent. Anybody that was working there could have came outside and let all the people know that were patiently waiting that they were not going to be served. Poor Poor leadership and management. If you see the line wrapped around your building and you know that you’re not going to help those people…….. They served the cars ahead of me, and I did not stick around long enough to see if they served the cars that were behind me. You just expect better service in a small town.

We visit this restaurant frequently and tonight we noticed that a man came in with a husky full grown dog and he had 3 young children with him. We were waiting extra long for our order so an employee Sable T came over to ask if I needed anything, I said we were just waiting for our order and I mentioned there was a dog in the restaurant it did not have a service dog vest on. The employee checked it out and came back and told me that the man was a friend of someone who works there with black and red hair, maybe a manager? Unknown at this point.
And said that it was indeed a service dog, and I chuckled and said yeah ok if that’s what you say. THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS SAID BEFORE WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT FOR BEING RUDE! I was not rude, or loud or negative about anything by any means, I just inquired about the dog. So you have lost our business at this location in Grey GA. Most managers love us there because they know we always gave a five star review via the receipt. Personally I feel like the employee who asked us to leave stating because we were rude, just didn’t like the fact that the question was asked about the dog being in the restaurant. I am a disabled person of older age, and didn’t deserve this treatment from an obviously hyper sensitive employee!

I was there about 4:00 I ordered the kicking chicken with extra sauce they didn’t it was barely enough sauce I had to go back to the counter and ask for more the young man just looked at me for a moment then got the sauce that I needed this is the only Zaxbys that will give you a hard time about sauce it’s happened to me about three times now I’ll be taking my business to milledgeville zaxbys im done

We got sweet tea from them on July 6th 2024 from the tea containers out in the lobby and the tea was FILLED with MOLD, we had already drank several sips before coming to the realization it wasn’t just “odd” tasting tea and now both of us sick, check your tea if you get any, assuming they don’t clean the container in between making tea.

I love Zaxby’s food but I order my meal with extra fries…they charge me the money for extra and extra seasoning yet every single time I get my meal I have to go back or call in because they NEVER give me extra. They just take my money and give me a handful of fries and call it a day. That’s ridiculous and needs to stop. If you offer extra of things then ADD THE EXTRA TO THE ORDER NOT JUST CHARGE FOR IT AND NOT GIVE IT TO THE PERSON! Do you guys see extra fries or seasoning because I sure don’t.

Ordered 2 Chicken finger plates. 1 was 4 fingers, the other was 5 fingers, both no slaw, extra toast.
We received 2-4 finger plates with no slaw and only 1 price of toast. Went back and told the young lady we were missing 2 pieces of toast and 1 price of chicken and she told me I was wrong about the toast. She said the meal only comes with choice of slaw or toast. .. still didn’t get the extra price of chicken I paid for either. I know not to return.

They just put very little effort into the food. The wings seem more boiled than fried and the seasoning on the fries isn’t spread out. Honestly I’m tired of taking risks spending money here because I’m basically always let down.
