I don’t like when I go to this Dunkin, I order my drinks and nobody tells me that they don’t have any more of this certain drink that I came there for when I’m at the window ordering so I pay for my drinks and then when I get to the Service window to pay for my stuff they then tell me that they don’t have any more of this drinks after I paid for it. Whoever is opening up in the morning, should know to check all of the supplies before opening the store. I am incredibly disappointed because I do not like the drinks that I had to substitute For them not having the drinks that I originally came to get from this store. 🙂

Whoever does the ordering does not know how to order enough to last through the next order. They’re out of almost everything by Monday and it’s consistently low quality like no one can be bothered to follow the standard practices of how to make anything so the quality of everything is also low (burned food, too much concentrate in refreshers, undercooked hashbrowns)

Grew up on Dunks so I just got a coffee and it’s fine. However, the Mrs wanted a peppermint latte and they couldn’t make it because their heating wand was being cleaned. Give me a break…..it’s 640 at night and you’re still open another hour and a half. Do you not have more than 1? So disappointed in this establishment. This is why I will continue to go to Starbucks.

Very nice atmosphere. A very peaceful place. Employees are very nice and do well with their jobs, although there is one employee I’ve noticed is a little slow paced. One lady with blue hair is very sweet. Remodel looks great overall a good store.

I keep giving this place chances and I haven’t seen any change even with their “new management”. This last time I ordered a coolatta and again, they’ve messed it up. This place gives Dunkin a really bad name. Save your money and go to Dixfields Dunkin.
Someone was nice and surprised me with a small “hot chocolate” it’s even labeled as so. What dunkin gave them was a watered down coffee. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP PUTTING HOT CHOCOLATE IN THE CUP

The service is good depending on who is working the drive thru, I am pretty lucky and get the very kind and efficient young lady. My food is good about 90% of the time.
