BUGS!!!! Roaches crawling on the floor and half the food is always old. Sometimes the fajita vegetables sit there for many hours. And when they make fresh they dump the leftover old expired foods on top of the fresh ones. And don’t get me started on how they use the old nasty chicken from the night before every morning

This location is unsanitary and unwelcoming. I came in at 11:45, they open at 11. Already I notice that the tables are dirty, the juice containers look like they have yesterday’s leftovers. There are ants all over the drink station and soda fountains. Gross. The ice machine is broken. They were out of a lot of ingredients which can be understandable, but the food I did receive was not good. Mind you, they just opened, and the rice was hard, chicken was bland, the guac was dark brown, and nothing tasted like chipotle usually does. The employees did not seem to care about the cleanliness of the restaurant or food prep area. They also seemed like they don’t care about their customers and were not very friendly. This place needs to be reported to a food inspection company and is not worth the money.

I was just there the weather is 40 degrees, and there is still ice upfront, and they did not salt the front like every other restaurant. VERY SLICK ICE BTW! at that point a small sign is not enough you need to block the ice! Someone can really get hurt! My service wasn’t good either.

Excruciatingly unpleasant workers. Last night during my visit here I experienced what’s called the “Gen Z Stare”. Look it up. Covid kids with zero social awareness or understanding on how to interact with the general public. How did these kids pass interviews to even get hired? Truly mind boggling.
There was no one in line. I went to order and asked if they had a kids size bowl. The young girl looked at me like I was stupid for asking and said no. I replied back “oh only one size, got it” and she said “what?” in an annoyed tone. I quickly said “ok I’ll just have a regular bowl then” and continued on with my order. The entire interaction she had a pissed off look on her face. No wonder this place is a 3.2 star… Management needs to have a sit down ASAP to remind them we’re in the South- where you smile at people, especially those supporting your business.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our salads were essentially saladless. Four pieces of spinach. Tacos were missing meat and cheese. Quesadilla missing meat. Most importantly, the lettuce was brown and slimy. The staff today should be ashamed for what they prepared!

I come here often, but during my last visit, I overheard the manager, Kristen, making racist comments and just casually having that kind of conversation around teenagers. I asked the cashier if she was really a manager, and she said yes. Honestly, it’s concerning that someone in charge feels comfortable talking like that in front of her team

This lady ruined my experience. If you don’t get something you’ll need, she’ll be sure to give you a hard time instead of being eager to fix the matter. I noticed that they were placing my dine in burrito into a bag. I asked her for something to eat it on since I had gotten it DINE IN. She proceeds to grab an aluminum cover very annoyed and irritated. I saw a silver plate to the side and had to tell her that’s what I need. She looks me in the eyes, and goes “Say dine in, and that’s how you get one of those”. I threw my hands up in the air, and told her that that’s exactly what I said, dine in she rolled her eyes and said “it’s irrelevant”. Didn’t apologize or tell me to have a good day. I don’t understand why her incompetence and horrible attitude were being taken out onto me. Lol

Ordered take out, but since there was no option on DoorDash to order just a bowl of rice, I got in line and ordered. It was a Friday night so pretty busy but the staff worked hard and got through the line. I didn’t mind the wait for the pickup order as again it was a busy Friday night.

I came on here to leave a review about my visit yesterday and saw another review talking about the lunch rush around 12:30. Funny enough, I was there at that exact time, and my experience was totally different. Everyone in the back of the house seemed to be hustling nonstop to get orders out, especially with how busy it was. The food came out quick, tasted really good, and the staff was polite. I honestly thought they handled the rush really well.
