I went to this McDonald’s because the one I usually go to did me so dirty the last time that I vowed I would never go back to it. Luckily, this new location opened up and I will say that this restaurant is much better than the other. I did a curbside pickup and I ordered it on the location. I put in my order and within about 3 or 4 minutes it was already out. The man who delivered it to me was very kind very nice and very formal. And when I went inside to get something the interior ambiance was even better. Wonderful location and I hope that it stays that way.

Got a large double quarter pounder meal and a strawberry shake and it was out in 3 minutes. In and out after 5 minutes and the food was great. Very clean interior and staff were very polite and kind. Will definitely be taking another trip to this store and glad to finally have one close to home.

Customer service was amazing as usual, there is nothing wrong with these employees, but I’ve gathered they’ve been trained to put the onions at the bottom of the burger instead of on top, also way too much sauce consistently, I don’t mean a lot of sauce, I mean I feel like I’m eating a sloppy Joe. Please take example from Pembroke oak grove location.

Stay away at between 3am and 5am they are super slow. Sat in the drive thru waiting to order it took 10 min for the kid to even get back on to ask me what I want then you sit at the window for 20 min waiting on your food . Super slow

They said they cannot do a half sweet/unsweet tea even though it’s given at every other location in the city and even shows up on the drive thru order as such. They also took forever to make the food and stacked up the entire line of cars into spots as if they had nothing ready at all.
