This place is amazing! We bought the really big pack (biggest family meal they have) the sides were sooo good and actually big enough that we had some left over instead of fighting over seconds of Mac and cheese! The potato salad was so creamy and flavorful! The brisket was so tender and had great flavor! My favorite was the smoked turkey! I think it was the owner that even came over to ask how everything was, the employees were very sweet as well. And the cane sugar soda?! Amazing. Literally five stars on everything for this place!

Excellent brisket. Right on point. Very good ribs. Sausage and Mac n cheese was average. Green beans were great. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back looks like a great menu with plenty of extras.

The Craft Cowboy Burger is absolutely the best burger ever and their fries are crispy outside soft in the inside fried in tallow goodness. Everything is fresh. If you haven’t tried that burger, you must! Fresh and large patty with fried onion rings and fresh chopped brisket in a wonderfully tasty bun. I could go bunless for a carnivore goodness but that bun is so good…..I just can’t. Service with a smile. Everyone is so nice. And you can buy jarred tallow for home use too!

Super great little place with that fabulous smoky BBQ smell that screams, “Get in my mouth!” All the foods were what we write home about!!
We ordered sliced brisket, black peppered sausage, pulled pork, smoked turkey, mac-n-cheese, fries, and green beans with banana pudding for dessert. Seasonings on fries were spot on. Green beans were perfect perfection with small chuncks of sausage in them. Turkey and brisket was moist and flavorful. Pulled pork was lightly seasoned, not overpowering. Truly, you cannot go wrong with anything here!!

This is hands down one of the best BBQ’s I have had. I am not a BBQ afficiando but more an enthusiast. Local craft bbq is not close to me – it was on the way and I was craving BBQ so pulled the closest one to me. The tiny parking lot was crowded so quite clear it was popular. It did not disappoint, a small place but clean and hospitable, service was quick
I had the Ribs and brisket. The ribs were fantastic – better than Hard8 BBQ that I frequent. What surprised me were the sides – the baked beans was out of this world and so was the broccoli salad. I don’t think it will be on my way again but I will find excuses to go back

First time here and for sure won’t be the last. Very welcoming staff the lady behind the counter is the sweetest and so informative. We had the smash burger with queso fries! 10 out 10 cooked perfectly. It’s exactly the kind of burger we have been looking for. The pepper sausage is also very delicious, macaroni is very cheesy and creamy. Honestly we can’t wait to come back and try everything!
